Դրամը գասպարավարի լողում էր, կուրսը լողացող չպետք է լիներ: Անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերի զարգացումներին՝ նշեց ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը:
«Աննախադեպ իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել երկրում: Դեռ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ, երբ ստորագրահավաք կազմակերպեցինք հարցը քննարկելու, ուշացավ: Երկու օր առաջ, երբ արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրեցինք, ի՞նչ արդյունք տվեց մեզ: Արդյունքն այն է, որ ինֆորմացիա տրվեց մեզ եւ կայունացավ: Բոլորովին այլ բան է, երբ քաղաքացին ինֆորմացիա չունի, այլ բան է, երբ քաղաքացին ապատեղեկատվություն է ստանում: Արդյունքում լինում է այն, ինչ ստացանք»,- այսօր ՕԵԿ պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը դրամի արժեզրկման խնդրի հետ կապված այսպիսի գնահատական տվեց:
ՕԵԿ-ական պատգամավորը լրագրողներին հայտնեց, թե ինչ են քննարկել ԱԺ արտահերթ դռնփակ նիստում՝ փոխարժեքի տատանումների հետ կապված:
Ըստ Հովհաննես Մարգարյանի՝ փոխարժեքի տատանումների թիվ մեկ պատճառը եղել է ԱՄՆ տնտեսության զարգացումը:
«ԱՄՆ տնտեսության զարգացման պատճառով դրամը անկում էր ապրում, ինչը սթրեսի մեջ է գցել մարդկանց: Չզարգանան, որ չարժեզրկվի՞»,- ասաց ՕԵԿ-ական պատգամավորը և հավելեց, որ դռնփակ նիստի ժամանակ հետևյալ հարցն է ուղղել. «ի՞նչ կապ ունենք մենք ԱՄՆ տնտեսության հետ, հիմա էլ Աստված կանչենք, որ ԱՄՆ տնտեսությունը չզարգանա՞»:
Հովհաննես Մարգարյանն անդրադարձավ նաեւ հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեին՝ նշելով, որ դեմ են քվեարկել եւ կոնկրետ լուծումներ չկան: Նա հիշեց նաեւ երկրի արտաքին պարտքի մասին՝ հինգ մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:
