Երբեմն գրագիտությունն ու խելամտությունը մարդկանց չեն խանգարի, ասենք՝ գազալցակայանների տերերին և երթուղայինների գծատերերին: Մարդիկ լսել են, որ ինչ-որ աժիոտաժ է երկրում, դոլարն ու ռուբլին են տատանվում, իսկ նման երևույթներն այն են, ինչ այսօր պետք են մեր տնտեսավարողներին, հատկապես` խոշոր գործարարներին: Գազալցակայաններում գազի գինը բարձրացվել է, բայց մի պարզ բան հաշվի չեն առել, որ այսօր լրատվություն կա, համացանց կա, տեղեկատվություն ստանալու ձևեր կան, և մարդիկ միանգամից լսում են, որ օրինակ` «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն գազի գին չի բարձրացրել: Այսինքն՝ գազալցակայաններն ինքնագլուխ են բարձրացրել: Ի դեպ, հիշեցման կարգով ասեմ, որ Երևանի գազալցակայանների մի զգալի մասը պատկանում են Մհեր Սեդրակյանին և ինքնըստինքյան մշտապես «Ժողովրդի հետ», «ժողովրդի կողքին» գտնվող՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին:
Հիմա կփորձեմ շատ պարզ բացատրել, թե ինչ է կատարվում.
Գազալցակայանների տերերի ագահության և սեփական թալանչիական մոլուցքը բավարարելու արդյունքում խնդրի առաջ կանգնեցին երթուղայինների վարորդները, որովհետև նրանց գծատերերը իրենց ագահությամբ չեն զիջում գազալցակայանների տերերին: Բնականաբար, գծատերը հասկանում է, որ գազի թանկացման պարագայում վարորդը տուժում է, բայց դե դա նրան ինչու՞ պետք է հետաքրքրի: Հետևաբար վարորդի վրա դրված օրվա պլանը չի նվազում, այլ մնում է նույնը, ինչն էլ բերում է վարորդների դժգոհությանը, նույնիսկ գործադուլների և ընդհանրապես տրանսպորտի համակարգի կաթվածահար լինելուն, ինչի ականատեսը եղանք երեկ:
Այս ամենը նկատելով՝ նեղսրտեցին տաքսու վարորդները. իսկ ինչո՞վ են իրենք պակաս մյուսներից, ինչու՞ իրենք էլ չեն կարող օգտվել առիթից և գոնե մի քիչ էլ իրենք թալանեն: Եվ օգտվեցին` միանգամից «հանճարեղ տնտեսական հաշվարկներ անելով», գրեթե կրկնապատկելով ուղեվարձը: Տաքսիստների խրախճանքի համար, բնականաբար, էլ ավելի նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծվեն, եթե չկարգավորվի երթուղայինների բնականոն աշխատանքի հարցը, ինչի լուծումը քաղաքապետարանում կարծես թե ուզում են տեսնել ուղեվարձի սակագնի բարձրացման մեջ: Այսինքն` առաջիկայում կարող ենք սպասել նոր սոցիալական բունտի:
Այս ամենն, իհարկե, այս աստիճանի չէր լինի, եթե մի քանիսը չտառապեին մի քիչ ավելի շատ փող աշխատելու անբուժելի մոլուցքով: Ընդ որում, մոլուցքը ոչ տարիք է ճանաչում, ոչ էլ սոցիալական աստիճան, նրանով տառապում են սկսած մեծահարուստներից՝ գազալցակայանների տերերից, մինչև սովորական տաքսու վարորդներ:
