Սեպտեմբերին Տավուշի մարզի Այրում գյուղում պաշտոնապես կգործարկվի պահածոների գործարանը։ Կստեղծվեն նոր աշխատատեղեր. գործարանում կաշխատի 60 մարդ։ Աշխատավարձը օրական 2500-ից 3500 դրամ կլինի։ Այս օրերին գործարանում աշխատանքի տեղավորված կանայք մեր թղթակցին պատմել են, որ նախկինում գործազուրկ էին, եւ սա իրենց համար լավ հնարավորություն է սոցիալական որոշ խնդիրների լուծման համար։ «Օքսֆամ» հայաստանյան գրասենյակի նախաձեռնությամբ կյանքի կոչված ծրագիրը նոր լիցք կհաղորդի սահմանամերձ այս համայնքին։
Խորհրդային Միության տարիներին չկար մի երկիր, որ համտեսած չլիներ Այրումի պահածոների գործարանի արտադրանքը: Այստեղ պատարաստվող մուրաբաներն ու հյութերը իրենց համային հատականիշներով հայտնի էին ամբողջ ԱՊՀ տարածքում: Անկախության տարիներին գործարանը ի թիվս այլ ձեռնարկությունների թալանվեց ու այժմ այդ գործարանից միայն հիշողություններ են ու կիսախարխուլ ավերականեր:
Լենա Գևորգյանը գործարանի երկարամյա աշխատակիցն էր ու այսօր 14 տարվա ընդմիջումից հետո կրկին Այրումի պահածոների գործարանում է, բայց ոչ թե նախկին, այլ՝ այն գործարանում, որ հիմադրվել է Լճկաձոր կոոպերատիվի կողմից «Օքսֆամ» հայաստանյան գրասենյանկի աջակցությամբ։
Լճկաձորի կոոպերատիվի նախագահ, գործարանի տնօրեն Ռուսլան Անտոնյանը «Ռադիոլուրի» հետ զրուցում նշում է, որ այրումցին իր կյանքն առանց պահածոների արտադրամասի չի պատկերացնում ու այս փոքրիկ գործարանը կարծես թե լրացնում է այդ բացը։
Այս ամիս գործարանն արդեն տվել է իր առաջին արտադրանքը։ Ունեն արդեն պայմանագիր կնքած Սոչիում բնակվող այրումցի ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարարի հետ: Տնօրենի խոսքով՝ նախատեսվում է տարեկան արտադրել 500 տոննա հումք ու աշխատանքներն էլ կազմակերպել եռահերթ: Աշխատավարձն էլ նախատեսվում է օրական 2500- 3500 դրամ: Գործարանում աշխատելու է մոտ 60 մարդ։
«Օքսֆամ» հայաստանյան ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Արթուր Գոմկցյանը նշում է, որ այս սահմանամերձ գյուղում գործազրկության մակարդակը բարձր է ու բնակիչներն ապրում են սոցիալական վատ պայմաններում, հետևաբար՝ Այրումում նման արտադրամասի բացումը ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն է։
Արթուր Գոմկցյանը ասում է, որ ծրագրային դրույթներից մեկն այն է, որ այս գործարանում աշխատողների հիմնական մասը պետք է կանայք լինեն, քանի որ նրանց գործազրկությունը ավելի բարձր ցուցանիշերի վրա է գտնվում։
