ՀՀ կառավարության մայիսի 21-ի նիստում վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նկատողություն է արել տրանսպորտի և կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանին: Վարչապետը հորդորել է,որպեսզի նախարարության պաշտոնյաներն իրենց գործը նորմալ կատարեն:
Տրանսպորտի և կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանը նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է Այգեհովիտ-Վազաշեն- Պառավաքար-Այգեպար ճանապարհի Վազաշեն-Պառավաքար հատվածի շրջանցիկ ճանապարհի կառուցման աշխատանքներն ավարտելու նպատակով կնքել նոր պայմանագիր: Փոխնախարարը նշել է նաև, որ նախահաշվային արժեքը ավելացել է 5.5 մլն դրամով: Սրան ի պատասխան Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ասել է. «Դուք պիտի ձեր ոճը փոխեք, չի կարելի պարտադրել, որ այսքան ճանապարհ պիտի կառուցենք: Հիմա կառուցապատողին փոխում ենք, մյուսը այդ գումարով կարողանո՞ւմ է ավարտել աշխատանքը»:
Արթուր Առաքելյանը պատասխանել է, որ աշխատանքների կատարման ընթացքում ի հայտ են եկել 9-րդ կարգի գրունտի պայթեցման լրացուցիչ աշխատանքային ծավալներ, որի վերաբերյալ աշխատանքում կատարվել են համապատասխան փոփոխություններ: «Հիմա ո՞ւմ եք համոզում, որ լրացուցիչ նոր խնդիրներ եղել են, կարող են, չէ՞, մարդիկ չհավատալ»,-արձագանքել է վարչապետը:
Տրանսպորտի և կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանի խոսքին, թե հարցն իրենք կքննարկեն, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը բավականին կոպիտ պատասխանել է. «Ինչ կքննարկեք, ձեր գործերը նորմալ արեք, քննարկել պետք չի»:
Սակայն որոշման նախագիծը, այնուամենայնիվ, ընդունվել է:
Ժամանակին, երբ վարչապետը ներկայացնում էր կառավարության կազմը, մենք զգուշացնում էինք, որ անհրաժեշտ է ձերբազատվել անցյալի մնացուկներից և երկրի տնտեսությունը ղեկավարել նոր, թարմ դեմքերով: Կառավարության մաս կազմած արխիվային դեմքերը՝ Զախարյան, Բեգլարյան և այլն, թարմ շնչով ոլորտները կարգավորելու ոչ միայն հույս չն ներշնչում, այլև վաղուց հոգնել են պաշտոնից պաշտոն քարշ գալուց և կառավարությունում մաս են կազմում բացառապես նավի ղեկից հեռու չֆռֆռալու մտահոգությամբ:
Ինչպիսի՞ օգուտ կտա մեր երկրին և տնտեսությանը այս ծերակույտը՝ կարելի է ենթադրել գրեթե հարյուր տոկոս ճշգրտությամբ: Սակայն եթե երկար տարիներ հասարակության նյարդերը սղոցելուց հետո իշխող վերնախավը սկսել է ազդել նաև վարչապետի նյարդերին՝ խոսուն փաստ է: Ուղղակի ժամանակի հրամայականն է, որ թերացած պաշտանյանները մի մի աքացի ուտեն փափուկ տուտուզներին, ստանան ականջի ոլորում՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով, ոչ թե գլխիկոր լսեն կառավարության ղեկավարի մուննաթն ու գնան ջրվեժնոցներ՝ հերթական փափախ փողը «օրթախների» հետ զկրտալու համար...
