Ժամանակին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը փորձեց ջղայնանալ նախարարների, պաշտոնյաների, ապա Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդու վրա. անօգուտ էր, վարչապետի ռեյտինգը դրանից չբարձրացավ: Միայն եռյակին պատկանող մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներում էր Աբրահամյանը բարձր ռեյտինգ ունենում, գրեթե չէր քննադատվում, իսկ Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդու վրա ջղայնանալուց հետո նույնիսկ ՀՀԿ-ում վարչապետի ռեյտինգի անկում նկատվեց, ՀՀԿ-ականները սկսեցին Կառավարությաան օրինագիծ տապալել:
Մի խոսքով՝ պլան Ա-ն չաշխատեց, և վարչապետն անցավ պլան Բ-ի՝ իջեցնելով նշաձողը և սկսելով ջղայնանալը սուպերմարկետների տնօրենների և մենեջերների վրա: Ընդ որում, Աբրահամյանը իջեցրեց ոչ միայն նշաձողը, այլ նաև գները: Եվ ընդհանրապես՝ իջեցնելը մեր վարչապետի մոտ լավ է ստացվում, օրինակ իր պաշտոնավարելու ընթացքում մեր տնտեսությունն էլ լավ իջեցրեց:
Բայց եթե կատակը թողնենք մի կողմ, ապա կարող ենք տեսնել, թե Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի շրջայցը սուպերմարկետներով որքան մարդու (սուպերմարկետների տերերի, տնտեսվարողների) դիմակ պատռեց, չէ՞ որ նրա այցելությունից հետո հանկարծ սկսեցին գներ իջնել: Ես նաև ենթադրում եմ, որ այստեղ շահեցին դեղատները՝ կտրուկ ավելացնելով տակդիրների վաճառքի ծավալները, քանի որ ոմանք պետք է որ տակդիրներ օգտագործելու կարիք ունենային:
Իսկ գները, պարզվեց, որ կարող են իջնել, հետևաբար՝ կարող էին և ընդհանրապես չբարձրանալ: Պարզապես մեր տնտեսվարողների մեջ երևի կլիզմայի հանդեպ առանձնահատուկ սեր ունեցող մարդիկ կան, ովքեր պարտադիր պետք է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանից կլիզման ստանային, նոր իջեցնեին գները: Ես նույնիսկ սկսում ենթադրելը, որ միգուցե հենց այդ նպատակով էլ բարձրացրե՞լ էին՝ որպեսզի հետո «հաճույք» ստանան: Ինչպես կասեր նախկին վարչապետը՝ հնարավոր է:
Ի դեպ, լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ վարչապետի գնալուց մի քիչ անց որոշ խանութներում նորից սկսեցին որոշ գներ բարձրացնել: Միգուցե «հաճույքը» այնքան ուժեղ է եղել, որ ոմանք ցանկացել են կրկի՞ն ստանալ:
