Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին "Մուլտի Գրանդ" հյուրանոցի բացումը իշխանական գրչակների համար լավ առիթ հանդիսացավ, որպեսզի վերստին անգամ անտեղի փնովեն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործնեությունը հանձինս Եռյակի շրջանակներում։ Այս գործընթացին իրենց ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը ունեն նաև "ընդդիմադիր" գործիչ ներկայացող, բայց իրականում Բ26-ի հաճախորդ հանդիսացող անձինք։
Սա բնական է, քանզի այս գործելաոճին արդեն ծանոթ ենք, երբ ոչ իշխանական ուժերից ինչ-որ մեկը, այս պարագայում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ինչ-որ բարի գործ է անում, ազգանվեր՝ նման հյուրանոց բացելով, որը հիրավի զբոսաշրջության զարգացման, տնտեսության աճի, աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, արտասահմանցի գործարարներին ներդրման երաշխիքների ապահովման և այլ դրական միտումներ ունեցող գործընթաց է և փոխանակ սա ողջունվի ոչ միայն ոչ իշխանական ուժերի և հասարակության կողմից, այլ նաև նմանատիպ գործընթացներից բավականին հեռու իշխանական թևի և իրեն սատարող բոլոր քաղաքացիների կողմից, տեղի է ունենում հակառակ պրոցեսը, նման գործերը վերոնշյալի շրջանակներում չգիտես ինչ տրամաբանությամբ փնովվում են, քանզի նրանք որդեգրել են մի արատավոր "մարտավարություն"՝ ուրիշի բարի գործերը փնովելով քողարկել սեփական անգործությունը։ Ցանկացած կայացած և զարգացման ճանապարհ բռնած երկրներում, նման նախաձեռնությունը բացի գովեստի խոսքերից այլ մեկնաբանության չի կարող արժանանալ։ Դուք ուղղակի մի պահ մտածեք, բոլոր այն դրական կողմերի մասին, որը նշեցի, ի՞նչ վատ բան կա նրա մեջ, որ մեր երկրում կա հյուրանոց, որը չունի հավասարը տարածաշրջանում։ Սա նաև ճանաչման և տարածաշրջանում կայունացման գրավական է։ Հարգելի իշխանավորներ, սեփական շահերից բխող գործողություններ ծավալելու համար, պետք չէ պառակտել հասարակությունը, ոչ ոք բացի ձեզանից մեղավոր չէ, որ չեք կարողանում վստահություն ներշնչել օտարերկրյա գործարարների մոտ, որ Ձեր կողմից նախաձեռնվի նման գործնեություն և այս համատեքստում մի տեսակ նախանձի հոտ է փչում Ձեր և Ձեր գրչակների ակտիվ քննադատական գործողությունների ֆոնի վրա։
