Այսօր ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանի տարեվերջյան ամփոփիչ ասուլիսն էր: Ըստ նրա` 2014-ը նոր կրթական ծրագրերի ներդրման, կրթության մատչելիության բարձրացման տարի էր, որն ուղեկցվում էր հին խնդիրներով:
Նախարարի խոսքով` անցնող տարվա ընթացքում հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է եղել նաև նախակրթական ոլորտը: Մասնավորապես, 2014 թվականին 80 նոր նախակրթարան է բացվել, 12 դպրոցներում հիմք է դրվել ազգային երգի և պարի դասաժամերին, ինչը ևս խիստ հավակնոտ ծրագիր է:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է «Շախմատ» առարկային, ապա որոշում է կայացվել թույլատրել, որպեսզի 5-9 դասարանցիների համար գործեն շախմատի արտադասարանային խմբակներ: Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանում ներառական դպրոցներին, ապա դրանց թիվն այս տարի ավելացել է 12-ով՝ հասնելով 139-ի»,- նկատեց նախարարը:
Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ են շրջանների դպրոցները մարզպետարանների ենթակայության ներքո, Արմեն Աշոտյանը պատասխանեց.
«Եթե այսօր անգամ նախագահը, կառավարությունը, վարչապետը մտածեն, որ դպրոցները պետք է տալ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարությանը, ապա մենք պատրաստ չենք: Չորս տարվա ընթացքում 80 հիմնարկը դարձել է 253, իսկ աշխատակազմն աճել է ընդամենը քսան տոկոսով: Ես կտամ Աշոտյանական պատասխան. Պետք է ստեղծել հանրակրթության նախարարություն»,- ասաց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան շեշտեց նաև, որ կոռուպցիան կրթական համակարգից լիովին չի վերացել, սակայն տեսանելի նահանջել է:
«Կրթությունը մեր երկրում այլևս կոռումպացված ոլորտների առաջին եռյակում չէ: Սա ուրախանալի հանգամանք է, սակայն շարունակական աշխատանք պետք է տարվի»,- ընդգծեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Լրագրողները նախարարից հետաքրքրվեցին նաև, թե որտե՞ղ և ինչպե՞ս է նա պատրաստվում նշել Ամանորը, և ի՞նչ է ցանկանում ընդդիմությանը:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը պատասխանեց. «Ձմեռ պապիկից ակնկալում եմ, որ կարողանամ բավարարել երեխաներիս՝ Ձմեռ պապիկից ունեցած ակնկալիքները: Ամանորը դիմավորելու եմ ընտանիքիս հետ, տանը: Իսկ ընդդիմությանն էլ ցանկանում եմ առողջություն, այո՛, թող նրանք առողջ լինեն, քանի որ մեզ պետք է առողջ և ուժեղ ընդդիմություն»:
