Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, Հայաստանում տիրող վերջին թանկացումների հետ կապված` ի հայտ եկան այնպիսի կեղեքիչ օլիգարխիկ տարրեր, որոնք սովորաբար ժողովրդին ներկայանում են անմեղ գառնուկների տեսքով: Այն, որ մեր օլիգարխիայի ողջ մտահորիզոնը ձեւավորվում է ժողովրդին թալանելու եւ հնարավորինս շատ գռփելու շրջանակներում, դա վաղուց է նկատելի, սակայն տրամաբանական ու անգամ բարոյական չէր, որ շատերն օգտվեցին նաև դրամ-դոլար փոխարժեքի տատանումների առիթից:
Նկատենք, որ մինչ դրամը նստել էր մի մութ անկյունում և հոնքերը կիտել ու լաց էր լինում, որոշ գործարարներ անգամ չէին էլ հասցնում հաշվել մեծ արագությամբ իրենց գրպանները մտած գերշահույթից ստացված դոլարները:
Այսպիսով, դրամի արժեզրկումն ու գների բարձրացումն, այնուամենայնիվ, ստիպեց մարդկանց իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնել եւ դիմել չորրորդ իշխանությանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Orer.am կայքի խմբագրություն էին ահազանգում ոչ միայն որոշ սննդի խանութներում տիրող թանկացումների հետ կապված, այլ դիմում էին նաեւ բժիշկ-ստոմատոլոգներն ու հաճախորդները, որոնք ստիպված էին բժշկական ծառայություններից օգտվելու համար վճարել նախկինից բարձր գին: Շատ ստոմատոլոգիական կենտրոնների բժիշկներ պարզաբանում են, որ գների բարձրացումը կապված է ստոմատոլոգիական գործիքներ եւ դեղամիջոցներ մատակարարող «S6» խանութում տիրող թանկացումների հետ: Ճշտելու համար, թե արդյո՞ք վերոնշյալ խանութն իրոք վաճառք է իրականացնում աստղաբաշխական թվերով եւ արդյո՞ք այդ թանկացումները հիմնավորված են, փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել ու ճշտել խանութի աշխատակիցներից: Տեղի վաճառողը, ով մեզ հետ զրույցի ժամանակ չցանկացավ ներկայանալ, նշեց. «Մեր մոտ նույն գներն ա: Էտ բողոքողի անունը տվեք, որ տեղյակ պահենք, որ նույն գներն ա ստեղ, ո՞վ ա բողոքել, կներեք»:
Խանութի վաճառողուհին, ում հավանաբար արդեն իսկ հրահանգվել էր ճշտել, թե ո՞ւմ կողմից է բողոքը, միգուցե մոռացել էր, որ նա ընդամենը վաճառողուհի է, այլ ոչ թե քաղմասի աշխատող, ում հարցերին պատասխանելը պարտադիր չէ, բայց ցանկալի է:
Ի դեպ, նկատենք, որ խանութի տնօրեն Երեմ Սարգսյանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցը եւս առանձնապես որեւէ բան չփոխեց, քանի որ վերջինս պարզապես հրաժարվեց հեռախոսով պատասխանել մեր կողմից հնչեցված հարցերին:
Ինչեւէ, անդրադառնալով «S6» խանութի տնօրենին` նկատենք, որ նա ընտրել է ապագա օլիգարխի քաղաքականություն, ով դաշտում փորձում է հանդես գալ որպես մոնոպոլիստ` սկզբնական շրջանում ժողովրդի հաշվին թաքուն հարստանալով եւ բողոքողների անունները ճշտելով: Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ մոտ ապագայում հայաստանյան օլիգարխիայի ցուցակը կլրացվի եւս մեկ անունով, իսկ ԱԺ փափուկ աթոռներից մեկը կզբաղեցնի հերթական «դուքյանչին»:
