Վրացագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանը այսօր «Հայք» վերլուծական կենտրոնում ասել է, որ 2013 թվականից սկսած՝ Ռուսատանի և Վրաստանի առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները բարձրացել են 3.5 անգամ,- տեղեկացնում է Orer.am-ը: Ըստ Մելիքյանի՝ վրացական գինիների համար Ռուսաստանը դարձել է թիվ մեկ շուկան:
Փորձագետը նշում է, որ վրացական գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքները վերադառնում են ռուսական շուկա, որտեղ ընդունված և պահանջված են եղել: Այսպիսով՝ տնտեսական համագործակցությունը կարծես թե ստացվում է:
Ջոնի Մելիքյանը փաստում է, որ խնդիրները հիմնականում քաղաքական մասով են: Նա հիշեցնում է, որ երկու երկրները գտնվում են կոնֆլիկտի վիճակում և պատերազմից հետո նրանց հարաբերություններում «կարմիր գիծ» կա, բայց Վրաստանի նոր իշխանությունները տարանջատում են տնտեսական հարաբերությունները քաղաքական խնդիրներից: Վրաստանի հարցերով փորձագետը գտնում է, որ դրանով վրացիները շատ լուրջ դիվիդենտներ են քաղում:
Մելիքյանը նաև օրինակ բերեց. ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի ժամանակ վրացական կողմը սատարեց Ուկրաինային և մատնանշեց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, բայց շատ կոպիտ և դատապարտող հայտարարություններ չեղան, ինչի առիթով ընդդիմությունը մեղադրեց իշխանություններին պրոռուսական լինելու մեջ:
Քաղաքագետի շեշտմամբ՝ ռուս-վրացական հարաբերությունները ուղղակի ազդեցություն ունեն մեր երկրի վրա, քանի որ ճանապարհները դեպի ռուսական շուկա անցնում են Վրաստանով:
Հանդիպման մեկ այլ բանախոս, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Վարդան Այվազյանն էլ նշում է, որ Վրաստանը մեզ համար բարեկամ, հարազատ երկիր է, որի հետ իրականացնում ենք կենսաապահովության եւ ապրանքաշրջանառության մոտ վաթսուն տոկոսը:
Ըստ նրա՝ հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունները լուրջ փորձության ենթարկվեցին, երբ մենք ընտրեցինք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը անդամակցությունը, իսկ Վրաստանը ստորագրեց Ասոցացման պայմանագիրը, բայց այսօր սա միայն օգուտ է բերում և փոխլրացնում է:
