Նավթի գները «կարող են վերականգնվել արդեն 2015 թվականի վերջին»: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ զրուցելիս այս կարծիքն Է հայտնել ՕՊԷՔ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Աբդալա Սալեմ ալ Բադրին, որը դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Աբու Դաբիում մասնակցել Է Էներգետիկային նվիրված արաբական 10-րդ խորհրդաժողովին:
«Մենք այժմ չենք կարող ադեկվատ գնահատել շուկայի վիճակը,-ընդգծել Է նա:- Անհրաժեշտ Է սպասել 2015 թվականի երկրորդ կեսին՝ տեսնելու, թե այն ինչպես կարձագանքի նավթի այսչափ ցածր գներին»:
Նույն օրն ավելի վաղ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների Էներգետիկայի նախարար Սուխեյլ Ֆարաջ ալ Մազուրին հույս Է հայտնել, որ նավթի համաշխարհային շուկայի իրադրությունը կնորմալանա մոտ ժամանակներս:
«Մենք լիովին պաշտպանում ենք կայունանալու համար շուկային ժամանակ տալու ՕՊԷՔ-ի որոշումը: Հուսով ենք, որ նավթարտադրողները շուկայում իրենց առաջարկը կհարաբերակցեն հավասարակշռության հասնելու անհրաժեշտության հետ: Այդ դեպքում իրադրությունը կնորմալանա բավականին արագ»,-նշել Է նախարարը:
Իր հերթին Սաուդյան Արաբիայի նավթի եւ հանքային ռեսուրսների նախարար Ալի ան Նուայմին վստահություն Է հայտնել, որ «նավթաշուկան կսկսի աճել»: Նա նաեւ հերթական անգամ ընդգծել Է, որ թագավորությունը չի պատրաստվում իջեցնել նավթի արտադրության մակարդակը եւ կպահպանի իր բաժնեչափը, ինչպես եւ ՕՊԷՔ-ի մյուս մասնակիցները: Նրա կարծիքով, ՕՊԷՔ-ի անդամ չհանդիսացող երկրները պատասխանատվություն են կրում նավթի գների անկման համար: «Սաուդյան Արաբիան եւ կազմակերպության մեջ մտնող մյուս երկրները շուկայի կայունացման ուղիներ Էին փնտրում, սակայն ՕՊԷՔ-ի անդամ չհանդիսացող արտադրողների կողմից համագործակցել չցանկանալը, ապատեղեկատվության տարածումը եւ շահարկումները բերեցին գների անկման»,-հայտարարել Է նախարարը:
Նավթ արտահանող երկրների կազմակերպությունը նոյեմբերի 27-ին Վիեննայում կայացած նիստի արդյունքում որոշել Է նավթի արդյունահանման քվոտան պահպանել օրական 30 մլն բարելի մակարդակին: Այդ որոշումը պայմանավորեց ածխաջրածինների համաշխարհային գների հետագա անկումը:
ՕՊԷՔ-ի կազմի մեջ մտնում Է 12 երկիր՝ Իրանը, Իրաքը, Քուվեյթը, Սաուդյան Արաբիան, Վենեսուելան, Քատարը, Լիբիան, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները, Ալժիրը Նիգերիան, Էկվադորը եւ Անգոլան: Կազմակերպության կենտրոնակայանը գտնվում Է Վիեննայում: Ռուսաստանը, Մեքսիկան, Եգիպտոսը եւ Օմանը ՕՊԷՔ-ին առընթեր դիտորդ երկրներ են, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
