Մինչ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը գերշքեղ համալիրի բացմամբ փորձում է հանրապետությունում խուճապը կոտրել, իսկ ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավորներն էլ «պախմելի» մեջ են, Orer.am-ը փորձեց կապ հաստատել Գյումրու՝ աշխատանքային ժամերին իշխանական, իսկ գործից հետո ԲՀԿ-ական քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի հետ, ով դոլար-դրամ փոխարժեքի կտրուկ տատանման ժամանակ կարծես թե ընդհատակ էր անցել.
-Պարոն Բալասանյան, դոլար-դրամի փոխարժեքի տատանման հետ է կապված հարցս, Գյումրու մի շարք խանութներում կտրուկ գնաճ էր նկատվել, օրինակ` ալյուրի գինը կրկնապատկվել էր, ներկայումս ի՞նչ վիճակ է այդտեղ:
-Ճիշտն ասած, լավ վիճակ է, ժողովուրդը հիմա առեւտուր է անում, գնաճ եղավ, բայց հիմա ամեն ինչ լավ է, որովհետեւ դոլարի կուրսն ավելի շատ է իջել:
Ալյուրի գնի հետ կապված կասեմ, որ մի պահ նման խոսակցություն գնաց, նույնիսկ առաջարկել էին, բայց նույն գիշերվա մեջ իջեցրեցին, այնպես որ այս պահին այդ ամեն ինչը կարգավորված է: Ես հիմա փողոցում եմ ու տեսնում եմ մարդիկ շուկաներում, խանութներում առեւտուր են անում, մեծ դժգոհություններ չեմ տեսնում:
-Ժողովրդի հետ կապված ամեն ինչ պարզ է, իսկ դոլար-դրամ փոխարժեքի տատանման ժամանակ Ձեր բիզնեսներն ավելի շատ ծաղկեցի՞ն, թե՞, այնուամենայնիվ, «տակ տվեցիք»:
-Բիզնեսնե՞րը: Ո՞ւմ բիզնեսների մասին է խոսքը գնում, ի՞մ:
-Այո՛, հենց Ձեր:
-Ճիշտն ասած, ես բիզնեսներով չեմ զբաղվում, իրականում ես չգիտեմ հիմա ինչ վիճակ է, բայց մի բան գիտեմ, որ էն բոլորը, որը դուք համարում եք իմ բիզնեսը, էդ բիզնեսում որեւէ թանկացում ու փոփոխություն չի եղել, այնպես որ շարունակում են աշխատել:
-Բա ու՞ր մնացին ռեստորանային համալիրներն ու գարեջրի գործարանները, Պարոն Բալասանյան:
-Ճիշտն ասած, ես ռեստորանային համալիրներ չունեմ, մենակ գարեջրի գործարան, որտեղ որեւէ գին չի թանկացել, իսկ դոլար-դրամ տարբերությունն էլ նույն վիճակի մեջ է այս պահին:
-Իսկ գարեջրի գործարանի գործունեությունը հիմնականում բաց ու թափանցիկ եք իրականացնու՞մ, թե՞ Ձեզ էլ ստվերից հանելն այդքան հեշտ չէ:
-Ախր էնպիսի մի հարց եք տալիս: Դրոշմապիտակով աշխատում են, այդ հարցը կարող եք տալ համապատասխան տնօրենին, եթե ուրիշ ոչ անձնական հարց ունեք տվեք, եթե անձնական հարցեր ունեք, ապա ես կուղղորդեմ, կասեմ, թե ում դիմեք: Ի դեպ, շնորհավորում եմ Ձեր Ամանորը, ցանկանում եմ ամենալավը, ես արդեն միջոցառման վայր հասա:
-Ես էլ Ձեր գալիք Ամանորն եմ շնորհավորում, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, ոչ անձնական մի հարց էլ ուղղեմ, իսկ կիսափչացած շատրվանների համար ծախսված ահռելի գումարի իմաստը ո՞րն էր:
-Շատրվանները շատ էլ լավ աշխատում են, երբ Արա Գեւորգյանի համերգը կլինի կգաք և կտեսնեք:
-Իսկ շատրվանների կառուցումից հետո, ինչու՞ ԲՀԿ-ից ֆինանսական աջակցություն խնդրեցիք, նրանց PR-ն էիք անում:
-Դե լավ հա, ցտեսություն:
Փաստորեն, պարզվում է, որ Գյումրու «խեղճ ու կրակ» քաղաքապետն ունի չունի մի գարեջրի գործարան ունի, այն էլ աշխատեցնում է բացառապես ժողովրդի հետ, ժողովրդի համար, ի՞նչ գնաճ, ի՞նչ բան…
Ինչեւէ, անդրադառնալով Բալասանյանի` որպես քաղաքապետ գործելաոճին, նկատենք, որ վերջինս լավ «PR-շիկություն» է անում, հիմա էլ ԲՀԿ-ին թողած Գյումրու քաղաքապետը Արա Գեւորգյանի համերգով է խիստ զբաղված, ո՞վ գիտե, միգուցե շատրվանների կառուցման հիմնական նպատակն էլ իրականում անկրկնելի շոուի անցկացման համար էր: Գյումրեցիներին ուրախացնելն, իհարկե, լավ միտք է, բայց Բալասանյանին ամեն դեպքում հիշեցնենք, որ կիսախարխուլ տնակներում ապրող մանուկներին ո՛չ իր շատրվանները կփրկեն, ո՛չ էլ առավել եւս «գեւորգյանական» հնչերանգները, այնպես որ քաղաքապետին մնում է ասել, որ գործով զբաղվի, այլապես քաղաքականությունից շոումնեի անունը շալակած դուրս գալն առնվազն գյումրեցիների հերթական «անեկդոտը» կդառնա:Սոսե Չանդոյան
