Կար ժամանակ, երբ Հայաստանից արտահանում էին ոչ միայն տեղական արտադրանք՝ գինիներ, կոնյակներ, պահածոներ եւ այլն, այլեւ տեղական ոչխարներ, քանզի նրանց անմահական համը մնացել էր որոշ արաբ կամ պարսիկ շեյխերի բերաններում: Չնայած ոչխարի առուծախով զբաղվելը վատ գործ չէ, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, ոչխարի կրիզիսն էլ մի բան չէ, թեկուզ ինչու՞ միայն ոչխարի…
Արդեն որքան ժամանակ է, ինչ շրջանառվում են լուրեր այն մասին, որ հայկական շուկայում մսի պակաս է զգացվում, Հայաստան մսամթերք ներկրող ընկերությունները կանգնած են «կռախի» առաջ, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ նրանց «օդերը պարզապես փակվել են», այն էլ պետական մակարդակով:

Օգնականներին պաս տվող պետին այս պարագայում կարելի է հասկանալ, միգուցե նրա գիտելիքները պարզապես չեն բավարարում ամենապարզ հարցերին պատասխաններ տալու համար, չէ՞ որ մասնագիտությամբ պատմաբանը դժվար կարող է պատկերացում ունենալ, ասենք ՝ մսի որակից կամ էլ դրա պիտանելիությունից: ՍԱՊԾ պետին թերեւս ավելի շատ պետք է հարցնել Տիգրան Մեծից, Ավարայրի ճակատամարտից, մեր ֆիդային տղերքից, բայց ոչ թե բանանից, տանձից, խնձորից եւ այդպես շարունակ:
Թե որքան կտեւի պատմաբանի աշխատանքը տվյալ ոլորտում, դժվար է պատկերացնել, դա կապված է նրանից, թե որքան բարձր է Հայրապետյանի, իսկ միգուցե նաեւ ժողովրդի իմունիտետը՝ դիմակայելու գործում, թեկուզ ի՞նչ խոսք, մեր ժողովուրդը սովոր է էքստրիմի սիրահար պաշտոնյաների, եթե Խաչատրյանը պատմափիլիսոփայական գիտությունների դոկտոր է, իսկ Դերենիկ Դումանյանի թուրքագետ որդին ՍԱՊԾ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, ապա դուք էլ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ եղեք, ի՞նչ կա որ, ժողովուրդը մի կերպ յոլա կտանի, մնում է ղեկավարությունը չհիասթափվի, քանի որ «բարդակ» միջավայրից եւ անսահման տգիտությունից շատ անգամ վերեւներում նստած չինովնիկներն էլ են հոգնում:
