Հայաստանի գործատուների հանրապետական միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանն այսօր ամփոփել է տնտեսական տարին,- տեղեկացնում է Օrer.am-ը:
Խոսելով դրական միտումներից` Մակարյանը նշեց, որ այս տարի կառավարությունն ընդունեց այնպիսի նոր օրենքներ, որոնք կնպաստեն փոքր և ընտանեկան բիզնեսների զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև նոր հնարավորություններ կտան սահմանամերձ շրջաններում գործարարությամբ զբաղվողներին:
Հայաստանի գործատուների հանրապետական միության նախագահը կարծում է, որ բացասական կամ հակասական օրենքները նույնպես ունեն որոշակի դրական կողմ, քանի որ հասարակությունը սկսում է պայքարել «չստացված» օրենքների դեմ:
Ըստ Պարոն Մակարյանի՝ 2015 թվականի ընթացքում պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի զարգանա ընտանեկան բիզնեսը. «Այս կերպ կխթանվի զբաղվածությունը և աղքատության հաղթահարման հնարավորություններ կստեղծվեն: Ընտանեկան բիզնեսի մասին, ցավոք սրտի, ավելի շատ մենք ենք խոսում, քան պետական մարմինները»:
Գագիկ Մակարյանի կարծիքով՝ այս տարվա բացասական միտումներից մեկն այն էր, որ պետությունը չկարողացավ նվազեցնել աղքատության ցուցանիշները, իսկ վերջին «դրամ-դոլարային» իրադարձությունները դրա մակարդակը ավելի բարձրացրին:
Ըստ պարոն Մակարյանի՝ գործազրկության տեմպերը նույնպես չեն նվազել, ընդհակառակը, կա միտում, որ այդ տեմպերը հաջորդ տարի կավելանան:
«Այս տարի կրճատվեցին նաև արտահանման ծավալները: Կարծում եմ, որ այդ թիվը կկազմի մոտ 8 տոկոս: Օրինակ՝ Ռուսատան արտահանվող ապրանքների ծավալի մեջ կլինի 10 տոկոս նվազում»,-հայտնում է Մակարյանը:
Գործատուների հանրապետական միության նախագահը կարծում է, որ նախարարների, Կենտրոնական բանկի ղեկավարների պաշտոններում նշանակվում են ոչ տնտեսագետներ, լավագույն դեպքում՝ ֆինանսիտներ, որոնք չունեն խմբավորված տեսական և գործնական գիտելիքներ:
«Նոր կառավարությունը նախկին կառավարության համեմատ ավելի գործնական է և ավելի պրակտիկ գիտելիքներով: Ազգային Ժողովում չկան լուրջ տնտեսագետներ, իսկ եթե նույնիսկ կան, ապա նրանք ՀՀԿ-ում չեն և նրանց անունը կոչվում է ընդդիմություն»,- հավելել է Գագիկ Մակարյանը:
