Արթուր Կարապետյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հանդես է եկել նախաձեռնությամբ` հունվարի 20-ին համընդհանուր հավաք անցկացնել, որին նախատեսվում է, որ կմասնակցեն բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ուժեր, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ ու քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություններ:
Մի շարք քաղաքական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ արդեն հայտարարել են, որ մասնակցելու են կամ ամենայն հավանականությամբ կմասնակցեն այդ քննարկմանը: Իսկ ահա ՀԱԿ մամուլի խոսնակը նշել է, որ ՀԱԿ-ը ԲՀԿ-ի հետ խնդիրները քննարկում է երկկողմ հանդիպումների միջոցով կամ եռյակի ձևաչափով: Ասել է թե` ՀԱԿ-ն այդպիսի բազմակողմ հավաք-քննարկման անհրաժեշտություն չի տեսնում, և ՀԱԿ-ում դրականորեն չեն ընդունվում ԲՀԿ-ի ու յուր ղեկավարի նախաձռնությունները:
ԲՀԿ-ն գիտակցում է, որ ՀԱԿ-ն ու «Ժառանգությունը» միայնակ անհրաժեշտ չափով ռեսուրսներ չունեն, որպեզի շոշափելի զանգված հավաքեն իրենց շուրջը, հետևաբար ինչ-որ առումով կախվածության մեջ են ԲՀԿ-ից ու այդ հանգամանքն օգտագործում է` իրեն թույլ տալով դիմել սեպարատ գործողությունների:
Փաստորեն, ԲՀԿ-ի` տարբեր քաղաքական ու հասարակական կառույցների հետ հանդիպումների գործընթացը թևակոխում է հաջորդ` ավելի գլոբալ ու ավելի ընդգրկուն, բազմակողմ համագործակցության փուլ, որտեղ «Ժառանգության» ու ՀԱԿ-ի դիրքերի թուլանալն ավելի ակնհայտ է դառնում:
Սակայն այս գործընթացը ԲՀԿ-ն չի կարող անընդհատ պահել վերելքի փուլում: Բոլորս էլ հիշում ենք, թե ինչպես ՀԱԿ դաշինքը ժամանակին` մի կետից սկսած, բռնեց թուլացման ու մասնատման ուղին: Ուստի, եթե ԲՀԿ-ն որոշի գնալ հերթական ընտրությունների, մինչև 2017 թվականն այդ շարժումից կմնան միայն բեկորներ: Իսկ գործընթացները ցույց են տալիս, որ ԲՀԿ-ն իրականում արտահերթ ընտրություններ պահանջելու մտադրություն չունի:
