Որքան ոչ իշխանական ուժերը փորձում են պնդել, թե գոնե երկրում ամբողջական իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտության հարցում միասնական օրակարգ ունեն, այնքան այդ միասնական օրակարգն ավելի քիչ տեսանելի և քիչ հավանական է դառնում: Օրինակ` ԲՀԿ-ն ասում էր, թե ամբողջական իշխանափոխություն է ուզում (ամբողջական իշխանափոխություն ասվածի մեջ նաև նախագահի հրաժարականն է մտնում), սակայն այդպես էլ բառացիորեն չխոսվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի պահանջի մասին, իսկ ավելի ուշ էլ մեկնաբանվեց, թե իրենց պարզապես ձեռք չի տալիս երկրում տիրող իրավիճակը, և ուզում են փոփոխություններ:
ՕԵԿ-ն այս հարցում ավելի կատարելագործեց լղոզելու տեխնոլոգիաները, և Արթուր Բաղդասարյանն իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց, թե իրենք ուզում են իշխանափոխություն, սակայն առանց Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի, որովհետև Սերժ Սարգսյանը, միևնույն է, ավարտելու է իր պաշտոնավարումը և 2017-ի կեսերից սկսելու է պայքարը նոր թեկնածուների միջև: Այսինքն` ստացվում է, որ ըստ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի՝ իշխանափոխություն ասվածը հաջորդ ընտրություններին սպասելն ու իրենց համակիրներին սպասեցնե՞լն է: Դա արդեն ոչ թե իշխանափոխություն կլինի, այլ պարզապես նոր ընտրապայքար, իսկ այդ դեպքում ինչու՞ մեր ոչ իշխանականներն ազնվություն չեն ունենում և իրենց ընդդիմադիր անվանելու փոխարեն իրերը կոչում իրենց անուններով և ասում, որ իրենց բուն նպատակը իշխանության գալն է, կամ էլ այդ իշխանության մաս կազմելը՝ հարմար պայմաններով։
Վերջին միտքս մանրամասնեմ՝ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը նույն ասուլիսի ժամանակ միտք է հնչեցրել, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանը ԵՏՄ-ում լուրջ բանակցություններ վարելու համար համապատասխան թիմ չունի: Միգուցե, ի դեմս այդ թիմի՝ ՕԵԿ նախագահն իրե՞ն է տեսնում, կամ իրե՞ն է առաջարկում: Այդ դեպքում, բնական է, որ ՕԵԿ նախագահը չի կարող դեմ գնալ գործող նախագահին, քանի որ նույն գործող նախագահի հետ արդեն իրեն ձեռնտու պայմաններով համագործակցելուն էլ դժվար թե դեմ լինի: Վերջապես, եթե ժամանակին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի փոխարեն Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը դառնար վարչապետ, ապա նույնիսկ կոալիցիայից դուրս գալու խնդիրը չէր լինի:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ Բաղդասարյանը Ծառուկյանի հետ հնարավոր համագործակցության և միասնական հանրահավաք անցկացնելու մասին է խոսել, այսինքն՝ ինչ-որ կետերի շուրջ ընդհանուր մոտեցումներ ունեն: Միգուցե հենց սա՞ է իրենց ոչ իշխանական համարողների միասնական օրակարգը՝ գալիք ընտրությունների միջոցով իշխանության հասնելը, չհասնելու դեպքում՝ գոնե մաս կազմելը կամ էլ ներկայիս իշխանությունների հետ իրենց հարմար պայմաններով համագործակցելը: Հնարավոր է:
