2015թ. հունվարի 20-ին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն անձնական նախաձեռնությամբ իր գործընկերներին հրավիրում է խորհրդաժողովի' քննարկելու երկրում ստեղծված քաղաքական-տնտեսական բարդ վիճակն ու ամփոփելու արդեն իսկ կատարված աշխատանքները: Միջոցառմանը և քննարկումներին մասնակցելու համար հրավիրված են ոչ իշխանական ուժերը, մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, քաղաքացիական շարժումներ:
Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրես կուսակցության խոսնակ Արման Մուսինյանը iLur.am կայքին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ կասկածի տակ է դնում ՀԱԿԿ-ի մասնակցությունն այդ խորհրդաժողովին:
Հարգեցի ՀԱԿ-ին այդ սկզբունքային դիրքորոշման, ակնհայտ իրենց երկրորդը կամ երկրորդական լինելը Ծառուկյանի կողմից ընդգծելու հերթական փաստի հետ չհաշտվելու համար: Այո’, ՀԱԿ-ը չի կարող իրեն պատկերացնել որպես Ծառուկյանի անձնական որոշումներն ի կատար ածող և չի գնա Տիզբոն արքայի առաջ գլուխ խոնարհի…Մնում է վերջապես Րաֆֆին թուլակամի նման չկզի…
Իսկ ԲՀԿ-ի խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ստեփան Մարգարյանը հայտարարել է. «Ես չգիտեմ իրենք կմասնակցե՞ն, թե չեն մասնակցի»: Փաստորեն հաստատում են, որ իրենց համար մեկ է ՀԱԿ-ն, «Ժառանգությունը» կմասնակցեն, թե՞ ոչ… Ստացվում է, որ «Արքայական» քաղաքական շքեղ, ճոխ-ճոխ միջոցառումների շնորհիվ ԲՀԿ-ն բևեռացման արդյունքում աստիճանաբար ցանկանում է «տշել» իր մարմնին կպած քաղաքական տզրուկներին, առայժմ իհարկե պահպանելով քաղաքական ծաղրածու երեք հոգիանոց կուսակցություններին: Նրանք' այդ «մուլտյաշկեքը» դեռ պետք են արքունիքին' ընդհանուր ֆոնի ու բազմազանության համար…
Ա~~~, դափնիներն արդեն միայն Ծառուկյանին…Միայն ու միայն…Իսկ ինքը' Ծառուկյանն արդեն որոշել է, որ Աստված է այդպես կամեցել և դափնեպսակը դնելու է միայն իր գլխին, ի՞նչ Լևոն, ի՞նչ Րաֆֆի…Մավրը կատարել է իր գործը, Մավրը կարող է հեռանալ, բա ոնց' հայավարի... Բոլորն ասել օօօ~~~… Բայց այդ ամենն իհարկե ժողովրդի համար, ժողովրդի հետ, հանուն ժողովրդի…Այդ ամենը ինչ կա ձերն է, ձեր համար է ժողովուրդ ջան…
