Ինպես արդեն գիտենք, հունվարի 20-ին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Եռյակի շրջանակներում ոչ իշխանական քաղաքական ուժերի, ՀԿ–ների, քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունների և շարժումների խորհրդաժողով է հրավիրել, որն ունի նպատակ համախմբման մեխանիզմ ձևավորել, որն էլ հիմք կհանդիսանա համընդհանուր գաղափարների քննարկման, ինչն էլ կնպաստի երկրում առկա խնդիրների լուծման ճանապարհներ ուրվագծելու համար։
Այս ամենը ինչպես միշտ չէր կարող քննարկման առիթ չհանդիսանալ իշխանական թևի կողմից և նրանց հովանու ներքո գործող գրչակների և վերլուծաբանների տարատեսակ մեկնաբանություններից։ Այսքան պրիմիտիվ գործելաոճ իշխանական թևը դեռ չէր դրսևորել իրենց իշխանություն եղած տարիների ընթացքում։ Երբ հարցազրույցներ կամ վերլուծություններ են լուսաբանվում լրատվական դաշտում, իշխանականները փորձում են հանդես գալ մի ձևաչափի մեջ, թե իբր իրենք չափազանց հանգիստ են և որ ոչ իշխանականների գործողությունները նրանց անհանգստանալու տեղիք չեն տալիս։
Բայց արի ու տես, որ վերջին մի քանի օրվա ընփթացքում, իշխանական կերակրատաշտակից օգտվող լրատվականները օրնիբուն քննարկում են միևնույն թեման՝ հունվարի 20-ի խորհրդաժողովը։ Եթե ձեզ չի անհանգստացնում դա, ինչո՞ւ եք քննարկում, ինչո՞ւ եք փորձում սևացնել այդ գործընթացը, որն իրականում ինքնին ոչ մի թերի կողմ չունի սևացնելու համար, քանզի հասարակության լայն շրջանակների համախմբումը չի կարող աշխատել իվնաս պետության, այլ ընդհակառակը, կհնչեն տարատեսակ խնդիրների լուծման տարբերակներ, կլինեն առողջ քննարկումներ, որոնք էլ կտան իրենց պտուղները, ինչպես ասում են «մի գլուխը լավ է, երկուսն էլ ավելի»։ Ժողովրդական խոսք կա իշխանությունների նմանատիպ գործելաոճի հետ կապված՝ «Համ նալին են խփում, համ՝ մեխին», այսինքն իմիտացիա են ստեղծում, թե իրենց չի անհանգստացնում այդ փաստը, բայց իրականում այնքան են մտահոգված և վախվորած, որ «մարտի դաշտ» են նետվել բոլոր հնարավոր ռեսուրսները, որոնք կնպաստեն խորհրդաժողովի վրա ստվեր գցելու համար։
Վերոնշյալներից եզրահանգման գալով, կարելի է ասել, որ իշխանությունները այլևս կորցրել են հավատը՝ սեփական ազդեցիկության և համախմբող ուժ հանդիսանալու փաստի առթիվ և այս համատեքստում կարելի է ասել, որ իշխող կուսակցությունը սպառել է ինքն իրեն, այդ իսկ պատճառով է, որ երկրի առաջ ծառացել են բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, իսկ դրանց լուծման համար ելքի տարբերակը թողնում եմ ընթերցողի դատին։
