Ընդդիմամոլների մոտ վայնասունի հերթական ալիքն է բարձրացել՝ այս անգամ Հանրապետոիթյան hրապարակի տոնածառի և մայրաքաղաքի ամանորյա զարդարանքների հետ կապված: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ «հանցավոր իշխանությունները» և այդ «հանցավոր իշխանություններին» սպասարկող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը 120 հազար դոլար է ծախսել մայրաքաղաքի ամանորյա զարդարանքների վրա այն դեպքում, երբ «խեղճ ժողովուրդը սովից մեռնում է...» Պատկերացրեցիք, չէ՞:
Հիմա նախ սկսեմ նրանից, որ այդ նույն «խեղճ» ժողովուրդը ամենևին էլ սովից չի մեռնում: «Սովից մեռնողներին», մասնավորապես, կարելի է ամեն օր տեսնել սուպերմարկետներից դուրս գալիս՝ յուրաքանչյուրը մոտ կես միլիոն դրամի առևտուր արած, կամ էլ Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի «Սիթիների» վարկերը վերցնելիս: Դե իսկ վարկ վերցնողն էլ գիտի, որ կարող է այն վերադարձնել: Եվ նույն «սովից մեռնողների» տներում սեղանից անպակաս կլինեն բուդը, իշլի քյուֆթան, ճենճահոտ քյաբաբները, մոտ 50-ից ավելի տեսակի աղցաններն ու 50-ից ոչ պակաս տեսակի երշիկեղենն ու խոզապուխտը: Ուրեմն այս ամենի համար փող կա, 150 միլիոն դոլարի արժողությամբ հյուրանոց բացելու համար փող կա, օլիգարխների համար ամանորյա ծախսերի փող կա (ընդ որում, յուրաքանչյուր օլիգարխի ամանորյա ծախսը, համոզված եմ, որ գերազանցում է մայրաքաղաքի զարդարման համար քաղաքապետարանի արած ծախսին), և միակ խնդիրն այդ 120 հազար դոլա՞րն էր, որից, ի դեպ, մենք ենք օգտվում: Հրապարակի միջոցառումները միշտ լինում են բազմամարդ, այցելում են շատերը, այդ թվում` բողոքավորները, տոնական տրամադրությունն ու քաղաքի փողոցների գեղեցիկ զարդարանքներն էլ ուրախություն են պարգևում բոլորիս:
Ես ուզում եմ հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ է մի խումբ մարդկանց ուզածը, որ տարվա 365 օրն էլ մեզ համար սգո օրեր լինե՞ն, վերացնե՞նք բոլոր տոները, չուրախանա՞նք, թե ինչ է հասարակության մի որոշ տոկոսը դժվարությամբ է օրվա հացի փող հայթայթում: Բայց չէ՞ որ Երևանը միայն ծայրահեղ աղքատների քաղաք չէ, Երևանում կան տարբեր մակարդակի ապրող մարդիկ, և այդ մարդկանց մեծամասնությունն ուզում է տոներ նշել, ուզում է ուրախանալ, վայելել, և 120 հազար դոլարը, չեմ կարծում, թե ֆանտաստիկ ծախս էր, ու երևանցիներն էլ արժանի չէին Նոր տարի նշելու:
Բողոքողները դրա փոխարեն կարող են բողոքել միլիոնավոր դոլարներ ծախսող օլիգարխներից, չնայած` ես համոզված եմ, որ եթե նույնիսկ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը այս տարի ոչինչ չաներ, նույնիսկ տոնածառ չկանգնեցներ և ոչ մի լումա չծախսեր, այդ դեպքում էլ նույն բողոքողները կբողոքեին և վայնասուն կբարձրացնեին, թե ինչու քաղաքապետարանը ոչինչ չի արել, մի՞թե մենք արժանի չէինք տոնածառի: Սա պարզապես ընդդիմանալու մոլուցք է` ընդդիմամոլություն, բողոքելու, դժգոհելու անհագ տենչ, ուրիշ ոչինչ: Այնպես որ քաղաքապետարանի արածը այս դեպքում ես միայն ողջունում եմ, և համոզված եմ՝ ողջունում են շատերը, մեծամասնությունը:
