Երեկ Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանը մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, ըստ aravot.am-ի, հայտարարել էր, թե ՀՀ-ում կան պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք աշխատում են Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունների համար, և նրանց թվում է ԳԱԱ պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը:
Ավելի ուշ՝ Դեմոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հանդես եկավ հերքումով՝ պնդելով, որ իր խոսքերը միտումնավոր խեղաթյուրել են:
«Սկանդալ. Հայկ Դեմոյանը անուն է տալիս. «ՀՀ-ում կան պաշտոնյաներ, ովքեր ծառայում են Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայություններին»:
Բացարձակ սուտ և իմ խոսքերի միտումնավոր խողաթյուրում՝ էժան սկանդալ որոնելիս: Սա լրագրություն չէ, այլ … դժվարանում եմ նույնիսկ ասել, թե ինչ գործելաոճ է: Նույն լրագրողական սկանդալային գործելաոճը, որը էլ ավելի է վտանգելու մեզ ցանկացած իրավիճակում: Բարեբախտաբար ասուլիսը հենց այս դեպքերի համար հատուկ տեսագրում ենք և Առավոտի լրագրողին հրավիրում ենք թանգարան՝ վերստին իմ արտաբերած խոսքերն ու ձևակերպումները լսելու համար»,-ասել է Հայկ Դեմոյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
Orer.am-ը կապ հաստատեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Աշոտ Մելքոնյանի հետ, ով մեր հարցը լսելուն պես անմիջապես արձագանքեց.
«Հարցն ուղղված է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը և պետք է համապատասխան մարմինը զվաղվի այդ խնդրով, թե ով ով է: Եթե մի մարդ մի բան ասել է, հետո հրաժարվել է դրանից, ես դրան ի՞նչ պատասխանեմ: Մարդը պետք է կողմնորոշվի, թե ինքն ինչ է ասում և ըստ այդմ էլ, ես դրան պետք է արձագանքեմ: Անձնական հողի վրա չի կարելի նման խնդիրը բերել հասցնել մամուլի ասուլիսներ, այն էլ Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի նախաշեմին, ամոթ է»:
Ասուլիսի ժամանակ Հայկ Դեմոյանը նաև հայտարարել էր, թե ԳԱԱ-ն «հատուկ պատվերի հիման վրա որոշել է ազատվել» իրենից, իսկ Աշոտ Մելքոնյանն էլ, նրա հավաստմամբ, «փորձեց բոլոր ճիգերը գործադրել՝ տապալելու ատենախոսությունը»:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս կարձագանքի Դեմոյանի այս հայտարարությանը, ԳԱԱ-ի պատմության ինստիտուտի տնօրենն ասաց.
«Իր ատենախոսությունը նախ չի տապալվել, նա պաշտպանել է հաջողությամբ, ես իր ատենախոսության պաշտպանությանը չեմ մասնակցել մի պատճառով, որ նրա ատենախոսության մեջ քաղաքական առումով Հայաստանի համար վտանգավոր դրույթ է եղել, որը պահանջել եմ փոխել, ինքը չի փոխել: Նա այն կարծիքին էր, որ Թուրքիան հանդիսանում է Ղարաբաղյան խնդրով կոնֆլիկտի կողմ, ես դրան դեմ եմ եղել, դա շատ վտանգավոր թեզ է: Թուրքիան միայն ներգրավված է, կողմ նշանակում է, որ ինքը պատերազմին մասնակցում է որպես կողմ, իսկ նման բան չի եղել: Ինքը պնդեց, որ ճիշտ է, ես էլ հարկ համարեցի, որ այդ պաշտպանությանը ներկա չգտնվեմ, ինքը հաջողությամբ պաշտպանեց»:
Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը չի պատրաստվում զրուցել Հայկ Դեմոյանի հետ՝ խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար, ասաց.
«Ես խոսել եմ մի քանի անգամ, ինքը որևէ բան չի ասել, հիմա հանկարծ չգիտեմ ինչ տեղի ունեցավ իր մոտ: 10 օր առաջ Ցեղասպանության թանգարանում նիստի եմ մասնակցել և որևէ խնդիր չի եղել այնտեղ: Առաջարկություններ եմ արել, ընդունվել է, ամեն ինչ նորմալ ընթացել է, իսկ հետո, թե 10 օր հետո ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել, հարցը ուղղեք իրեն: Ակադեմիայի ընտրությունների նախօրյակին երևի փորձեց խոչընդոտել իմ ակադեմիկոսի ընտրության գործընթացը, ուրիշ որևէ բան ես չեմ տեսնում»:
