Ամփոփելով տարին ռազմական տեսանկյունից` ցավով կարող ենք նկատել, որ 2014 թվականը բավականին լարված ու կորուստներով լի տարի էր Հայ Ընտանիքի, Հայրենիքի ու Հայոց Բանակի համար: Չնայած նրան, որ սահմանային լարված իրադարձությունները եւ թշնամու կողմից իրականացված դիվերսիոն հարձակումներն այլեւս կորցրել են իրենց թիվը, այնուամենայնիվ, հարկ ենք գտնում նկատել, որ հարեւան պետության կողմից նախապես մշակված ոչ մի ծրագիր իր բուն նպատակին չհասավ, քանզի սահմանը պահող հայ տղաներն առանց մեկ վայրկյան վարանելու նետվեցին պաշտպանելու հայրենիքի սահմանը:
Բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ ունեցող, ճիշտ դաստիարակություն ստացած ու հերոսաբար ընկած հայ զինվորների անունները ոսկե տառերով են դաջված յուրաքանչյուր հայի սրտում, նրանց սխրագործությունները արժանանում են բացառապես փառք ու պատվի:
Հայ քաջարի զինվորիների, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի տակտիկական քայլերի եւ թուլամորթ թշնամու վարած քաղաքականության մասին, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց Զինվոր Հ/Կ համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանի (Մորոզի) հետ. « 2014 թվականին տեղի ունեցան բազմաթիվ դիվերսիոն հարձակումներ, որոնք մեզ համար նշանակում էին կարճատեւ պատերազմներ: Նկատենք, որ ամեն անգամ հայկական բանակը ապացուցում է, որ մենք հզոր ենք, կայուն եւ կարողանում ենք հակառակորդին հակահարված տալ: Դեկտեմբերի 25-ի դիվերսիոն խմբին մենք հետ ենք մղել` հակառակորդին տալով բազմաթիվ զոհեր: Նրանք հասցրել էին ականապատել մեր չեզոք տարածքը, բայց մենք էլ կարողացել էինք մաքրել այդ տարածքն ականներից: Նկատենք, որ այս քայլով հայկական բանակը եւս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ մեր զինվորներն իրենց դիրքերում հզոր են եւ կայուն: Մենք ոչ մի անգամ խուճապի չենք մատնվել, մենք չենք վախենում հակառակորդի գնդակից ու դիվերսիոն հարձակումներից: Մենք` մայրերս, կոչ ենք անում ու ասում, որ հայրենքի պաշտպանության համար մեր տղաների հետ պատրաստ ենք հակահարված տալու:
Ես Աստծուց աղաչում եմ, որ 2015 թվականը լինի առատության, ձեռքբերումների եւ խաղաղության տարի, որ այլեւս ոչ մի մայր Հայոց աշխարհում սեւ չհագնի ու ոչ մի զինվոր չզոհվի, մեր Դավիթը թող լինի ամենավերջին զոհը, թող ոչ մի զինվորի մայր բալա չկանչի:
Ցանկանում եմ անդրադարձ կատարել նաև մեր նախարարի գործելաոճին: Մեր պաշտպանության նախարարին ճանաչում եմ 21 տարի ու պետք է նշեմ, որ իր հոգեբանական եւ ռազմական տեսակետը երբեւիցե չհավատալու տեղիք չի տվել, քանզի ինքն իր խոսքի ու գործի տերն է և գիտի, թե որտեղ ինչ է պետք ձեռնարկի, որ հակառակորդին հակահարված տա: Մենք խաղաղ բնակչության վրա հարձակում չենք գործում, խախտումը լինում է դարանակալված թշնամու կողմից, հակառակորդը քնած կացնահարվածի մահը համարում են ձեռքբերում: Այս կոնտեքստում կարող եմ նշել, որ մենք ունենք կայացած նախարար, ով ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ ցանկացած ոտնձգություն կարող է կանխել»:
Ամանորյա տոներին ընդառաջ տիկին Մարգարիտան իր շնորհավորանքն ուղղեց հայ զինվորներին ու հայ ժողովրդին. « Ես ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս գալիք Ամանորն ու Սուրբ ծնունդը` մաղթելով մեր մայրերին համբերություն, քանզի բանակից թանկ մենք ոչինչ չունենք: Մենք ունենք հզոր ու կայացած բանակ և պետք է տեր կանգնենք մեր բալեքին, մեր բանակին, մեր հայրենիքին, արյան գնով ձեռք բերածը հետ տալու իրավունք չունենք:
Օգտվելով առիթից` շնորհավորում եմ գլխավոր գերագույն հրամանատարից մինչեւ շարքային զինծառայողներին` տալով մայրական օրհնություն, Աստծո խորանից թող դուրս չմնան, Աստծո աջը թող միշտ պահապան լինի, քանզի մեր ազգին միայն Աստված կարող է պաշտպան կանգնել»:
