Հայաստանի տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովն իր նախնական ուսումնասիրություններով պարզել է, որ եթե մեր երկրում չլիներ փոխարժեքի արժեզրկում, բենզինի գների շարունակական նվազումը կլիներ ակնհայտ:
«Հայաստանյան շուկայում բենզինի գները սեպտեմբերից սկսած պարբերաբար նվազել են՝ 470-ից հասնելով մինչև 440 դրամի: Նոյեմբերի կեսերից 440-ի փոխարեն բենզինի գինը հասել 470-ի ՝ բարձրանալով 6-7 տոկոսի չափով, այն դեպքում, երբ այս պահի դրությամբ նոյեմբերի կեսերի համեմատ փոխարեժքի արժեզրկումը կազմել է 13 տոկոս»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով բենզինի շուկայում իրավիճակին, ասաց ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ միջազգային շուկայում նավթի գների կտրուկ նվազումը չի բերում մեր երկրում բենզինի գների կտրուկ նվազման, Շաբոյանը պատասխանեց, որ գնագոյացման հաշվարկները ցույց են տալիս, որ նավթի արժեքը փոքր տեսակարար կշիռ է կազմում բենզինի գնի մեջ՝ կազմելով մինչև 10 տոկոս:
«Նավթի վերամշակման վրա բավականին մեծ ծախսեր են կատարվում, որոնք մեծացնում են բենզինի արժեքը: Բացի այդ, մեր երկրում բենզինի գնի մեջ բավականին մեծ կշիռ են կազմում հարկերը և այս երկու գործոնների հետևանքով նավթի մեկ միավոր գնի փոփոխությունը շատ ավելի քիչ ազդեցություն է թողնում բենզինի գնի վրա:
Ուսումնասիրոթյունները ցույց են տալիս նաև, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում հայաստանյան ընկերությունները բենզինի ներկրումն իրականացնում են հիմնականում ռուսաստանյան շուկայից, որտեղ, միջազգային շուկաների հետ համեմատությամբ, բենզինի գնի նվազումը շատ ավելի դանդաղ է տեղի ունենում»,- ասաց Շաբոյանը:
Լրագրողների մյուս հարցին, թե այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ բենզինը չի ներկրվում միջազգային այլ շուկաներից, Շաբոյանը նկատեց, որ բենզինի մատակարարման պայմանագրերը կնքվում են երկարաժակետ կտրվածքով և միանգամից հնարավոր չէ փոխել գործընկերներին: Նրա խոսքով՝ դա, միաժամանակ, վերաբերում է տնտեսավարողների բիզնես որոշումներին:
