Ամփոփելով 2014 թվականը, Orer.am-ն առանձնացրել է Հայաստանի հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցած 5 կարևոր իրադարձությունները:
Անցնող տարին, ինչպես միշտ, անմասն չմնաց Ադրբեջանի հիստերիայի հերթական դրսևորումներից: Թիվ 1 կարևոր իրադարձությունը հայաստանա-ադրբեջանական և ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող լարվածությունն էր, որը, ցավոք, միայն մարդկային զոհերի գնով և հայ զինվորի մարտական ոգու շնորհիվ զսպվեց:
Սահմանային այս լարվածությունը ցույց տվեց, որ հայ զինվորը միշտ արթուն է սահմանում և պատրաստ է յուրաքանչյուր պահի թշնամուն համապատասխան «լեզվով» պատասխանել:
2014 թվականի կարևոր իրադարձությունների շարքում է նաև Եվրասիական ընտանիքին Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացը: Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ՀՀ-ն դարձավ Եվրասիական Տնտեսական Միության լիիրավ անդամ: Հանրապետության նախագահը որոշում կայացրեց երկիրը տանել դեպի եվրասիական ինտեգրում: Փաստ է, որ ԵՏՄ անդամակցությունը գոնե առաջիկա 5 տարիներին Հայաստանին ոչինչ էլ չի տա: Պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ Հայաստանը ամենացածր կենսամակարդակ ունեցող երկիրն է ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրների մեջ, իսկ կառույցին անդամակցել, դա չի նշանակում վերևից ոսկե ամպեր թափել ներքև:
Անցնող տարվա կարևորագույն իրադարձություններից էր վարչապետի հրաժարականը: Տիգրան Սարգսյանին փոխարինելու եկավ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ով հենց սկզբում հայտարարեց, որ ինքը պայքարելու է ստվերային տնտեսության դեմ: Փոխվեց կառավարության կազմը, ավելին, ունեցանք «սուպերնախարարներ», այսինքն` երկու գերատեսչությունները միավորվեցին և ունեցան մեկ նախարար, օրինակ` ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունն ու ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն և արտակարգ իրավիճակների ու տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունները: Թե ինչ դրական քայլ կարձանագրի կառավարման այս մոդելը Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ, կտեսնենք 2015 թվականին:
Անցնող տարվա կարևորագույն, թերևս, չորորրդ իրադարձությունը դարձավ Ադրբեջանի զինուժի կողմից ԼՂՀ ՊԲ ռազմական, չզինված ՄԻ-24 ուղղաթիռի խոցումը, որը տեղի ունեցավ նոյեմբերի 12-ին՝ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծին, ուսումնավարժական թռիչքի ժամանակ։ Այս վայրագության պատճառով զոհվեցին ուղղաթիռի հրամանատար մայոր Սերգեյ Սահակյանը, անձնակազմի անդամներ ավագ լեյտենանտ Սարգիս Նազարյանը և լեյտենանտ Ազատ Սահակյանը: Ուղղաթիռի կործանմանը հաջորդած օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմը կրակահերթի տակ պահեց տարածքը՝ թույլ չտալով զոհված անձնակազմի մարմինների դուրս բերումը, սակայն ԼՂՀ հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատների կողմից իրականացրած գործողության արդյունքում տեղանքից տարհանվեցին մահացած անձնակազմի մեկ անդամի դին, երկու անձնակազմի անդամի մասունքները, ուղղաթիռի որոշ մասեր, մասնավորապես` սև արկղերը։
Անցնող տարվա և վերջին հինգերորդ կարևոր իրադարձությունը, որը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մոտ ստեղծեց խուճապ, դա դոլարի արժևորումն էր, ինչն ակնհայտորեն կարևոր իրադարձություն էր ֆինանսական և տնտեսական շուկայում:
Դոլարի առավելագույն արժեքը փոխանակման կետերում հասավ մինչև 600 ՀՀ դրամի: Շուկայում ձևավորվեց գնաճ, ըստ ՏՄՊՊՀ-ի տվյալների, շուրջ 94 խանութ փակվեց և աղքատության ցուցանիշը բարձրացավ: Եկող տարում կառավարության թիվ մեկ խնդիրը, թերևս, պետք է լինի ֆինանսական դաշտի կայունացումը և բիզնես մթնոլորտի բարելավումը:
