Оrer.am-ը ներկայացնում է բանաստեղծուհի, հեռուստահաղորդավարուհի և ազգային ճաշատեսակների գիտակ Սոնիա Թաշչյանի հետաքրքիր և բովանդակալից հարցազրուցը։ - Ինչպե՞ս դիմովորեցիք Ամանորը: -Նախ սկսեմ նրանից, որ Կաղանդը սահմանագիծ է ինձ համար՝ մտորելու, գնահատելու և ամփոփելու նախորդ տարին, ինչպես նաև հույսերով ու նոր տրամադրությամբ դիմավորելու Նոր տարին: - Եվ ի՞նչ եք կարծում, այս գործընթացի համար արդյո՞ք էական են ճոխ սեղաններն ու հոգնեցնող եռուզեռը: - Անկեղծ լինելու համար ասեմ, որ Ամանորը դիմավորել եմ մետիդացիա անելով: - Այս տոնի հետ կապված՝ ի՞նչ ավանդույթներ կան Ձեր ծննդավայրում։ - Իմ ծննդավայր Այնճարում Ամանորը նշվում էր ընտանեկան հավաքույթով: Մանկությանս ամենագեղեցիկ հուշերից մեկն էլ Ամանորի տոնածիսական խրախճանքն էր: Հորական պապիկի ամբողջ ընտանիքը հավաքվում էր նրա տանը։ Տան հարսները տատիկի և հորաքույրներիս հետ միասին պատրաստում էին տոնական սեղանը` Մուսալեռան ավանդական ճաշատեսակներով: Կաղանդ պապիկն անպայման այցելում էր բոլորիս՝ մեծերին ու փոքրերին, նվերներ բաժանում: Գյուղում մի յուրօրինակ սովորույթ կար. այդ գիշեր պատանիները դռնեդուռ էին ընկնում, դռան զանգը տալիս և ներս մտնելու փոխարեն պարանների ծայրին ամրացված պարկեր էին շպրտում ներս. մենք դրանց մեջ լցնում էինք միրգ, քաղցրավենիք և չիր: Մեր ուրախ ընթրիքը տևում էր մինչև կեսգիշեր, որից հետո Ամանորի համար պատրաստվում էր նոր սեղան՝ քաղցրավենիքներով, իսկ երբ կեսգիշերին գյուղի եկեղեցու զանգերն ավետում էին Ամանորը, մի րոպեով լույսերն անջատվում էին, բոլորը վառում էին մոմերը, հավաքվում էին սեղանի շուրջ՝ միաձայն երգելով Տերունական աղոթքը։ Ապա շնորհավորում  էին միմյանց և բաժակ բարձարցնում՝ կենաց խմելով հեռու և մոտիկ բարեկամների, սիրելիների, ընկերների և անպայման երազային հայրենիքի համար։ Ամեն տարի հավատալով, որ ընթացիկ տարում Հայաստանը կանկախանա: Կեսգիշերից հետո մեր ընկերների հետ հավաքվում էինք գյուղի ակումբներում՝ նշելու Ամանորը: -  Հետաքրքիր ուտեստի բաղադրատոմս Սոնիա Թաշչյանի կողմից. ՄՏԱԾԵԼՈւ ժամանակ գտիր, այն աղբյուրն է ուժի, ԽԱՂԱԼՈւ ժամանակ գտիր, այն գաղտնիքն է հավերժական երիտասարդության, ԸՆԹԵՐՑԵԼՈւ ժամանակ գտիր, այն սկիզբն է իմաստության, ԱՂՈԹԵԼՈւ ժամանակ գտիր, այն աշխարհի ամենամեծ ուժն է, ժամանակ գտիր ՍԻՐԵԼՈւ և ՍԻՐՎԵԼՈւ,  այն աստվածային շնորհ է, ԸՆԿԵՐԱԿԱՆ ԼԻՆԵԼՈւ ժամանակ գտիր, այն ուղին է երջանկության: ԾԻԾԱՂԵԼՈՒ ժամանակ գտիր, այն երաժշտությունն է հոգու: ՆՎԻՐԱԲԵՐԵԼ Ու ժամանակ գտիր, այն երկարացնում է  կյանքը: ԱՇԽԱՏԵԼ Ու ժամանակ գտիր, այն հաջողության գրավականն է:  Եվ Ձեր մաղթանքը։ - Մաղթում եմ, որ բոլորս լինենք գիտակցված և ձգտենք հոգևոր զարգացման, որպեսզի ընկալենք միմյանց հետ փոխկապակցված լինելու օրենքը, հավատանք որ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը թանկ է ազգի համար և առաքելություն ունի կատարելու հայրենքի համար, փայփայենք ու սիրենք այս երկրում ( մոլորակում) ապրող յուրաքանչյուր անհատի:
