Հիմա խոսքս ուղղում եմ Հայաստանում գործող եվրոպական տարբեր երկրների լեգալ և անլեգալ ծառայություններին, որոնք մոնիթորինգ են անում նաև հայկական բլոգոլորտը:
Ուրեմն այսպես. տիկնայք և պարոնայք, Հայաստանում և Ղարաբաղում կան մարդիկ, ովքեր կարծում են, թե Փարիզում գրոհի չսպասող, խաղաղ և անմեղ մարդկանց գնդակահարած իսլամիստ ծայրահեղական վիժվածքները, նրանց տերերն ու համակիրները ոչ մի բանով չեն տարբերվում քնած մարդուն գլխատած վիժվածքին հերոսացնող Ադրբեջան պետության քաղաքական ղեկավարությունից:
Եվ, քանի որ եվրոպական փիլիսոփայական-քաղաքական մտքի հայրերից մեկը մեզ սովորեցրել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ժողովուրդ արժանի է իր ղեկավարությանը, ուստի նույն մարդակեր վիժվածքն է նաև Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդը:
Հարգելիներս, Ձեր անմեղ քաղաքացիներին այսօր գնդակահարած վիժվածքների համախոհ-համակիրների բանակին Ձեր քաղաքակրթության աշխարհագրական սահմանների ծայր Արևելքում դիմակայում է 100 տարի առաջ քրիստոնեությունից հրաժարվելու պահանջը չկատարելու համար ցեղասպանված, բայց հույսն ու ոգին չկորցրած հայ ժողովուրդի ամենասիրելի զավակը' ՀԱՅԿԱԿԱՆ ԲԱՆԱԿԸ:
Սիրելիներս, հայկական երկու պետություններում կան մարդիկ, ովքեր կարծում են, որ կովկասյան թուրքերի հետ Ձեր նավթային գործարքներից հայ ժողովրդի շահը չպետք է ոտնահարվի: Հակառակ դեպքում' ձեր խողովակները, ներդրումներն ու հանքահորերը լավ վիճակում չեն հայտնվի (մեղմ ասած):
