ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Համլետ Հարությունյանն այս տարի եւս Ամանորն ու Սուրբ Ծնունդը նշում է իր հայրենի Ճարտար գյուղում: Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատգամավորը խոսեց ոչ միայն իր ընտանիքի, Նոր տարվա տոների եւ դրանց անցկացման, այլ նաեւ սահմանում տիրող լարված իրավիճակի եւ սահմանամերձ գյուղի բնակիչների ոգու մասին.
«Ես իմ Նոր տարին մշտապես հարազատներիս հետ միասին անցկացնում եմ Ղարաբաղի Ճարտար գյուղում, դա մեզ համար ձեւավորված ավանդույթ է դարձել: Կարծում եմ, որ Նոր տարին այնպիսի տոն է, որը պետք է լինի ներդաշնակ: Իմ ընտանիքի անդամները, մեր բոլոր հարազատները Ամանորի եւ Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ հավաքվում են մեր տանը: Պետք է նշեմ, որ շքեղությունը մեր ընտանիքում երբեք էլ առաջնային չի եղել․ ճոխ նվերները մարդկային ուշադրության դիմաց առ ոչինչ են: Սովորաբար տոնական օրերին գյուղից դուրս չեմ գալիս, հետեւաբար շփումս լինում է այստեղի բնակիչների, հարազատներիս ու բարեկամներիս հետ, իսկ տեղի պատգամավորների հետ շատ չեմ շփվում տոնական օրերին, միայն գյուղի պատգամավորների հետ, ովքեր այստեղ են լինում»։
Իսկ դիվերսիոն վերջին հարձակումների եւ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանային լարվածության վերաբերյալ պատգամավորը նշեց. «Պետք է ասեմ, որ սահմանային լարումները մեզ մոտ հաճախ են կրկնվում, ես բազմիցս ականատես եմ եղել դրանց և պետք է նշեմ, որ սահմանամերձ Ճարտար գյուղում խուճապ եւ հուսալքության նշույլ անգամ չկա: Տեղի բնակիչները կարծես թե արդեն սովորել են այդ ամենին, նրանք լավ գիտեն, որ մենք Ադրբեջանի հետ կիսապատերազմական վիճակում ենք, եւ սահմանի վրա տեղի ունեցող նման դեպքերը բնական են: Չնայած նրան, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը հրադադարը շատ հաճախ է խախտում եւ դիվերսիոն գործողություններ շատ են լինում, բայց ժողովրդի «դուխը» տեղն է: Իհարկե, ցավով պետք է նշեմ, որ ցանկացած մարդկային կորուստ` զինվորի, սպայի, մենք մեծ ցավով ենք տանում:
Տոների հետ կապված այցելել եմ նաեւ զինվորներին, իսկ այս պահին ես Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի ժամանակ կռիվ տված ազատամարտիկներից մեկի տանն եմ: Այստեղ ազատամարտիկներին այցելելն էլ շատ բնական եւ ամենօրյա գործ է, քանի որ մեր գյուղը շատ մոտ է սահմանին։ Մեր գյուղից բավական մեծ թվով զինծառայողներ կան, եւ շփումն ամենօրյա է»:
