Տարօրինակ է, որ այսքան շատ տնտեսագիտական մտքի ռահվիրաներ ծնած ազգն այսօր չունի աշխարհում ամենազարգացած տնտեսություն ունեցող պետությունը: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ օրեցօր ծլում են նոր հանճարներ, ովքեր առաջարկում են Հայաստանին՝ ճգնաժամից դուրս գալու նոր և կրեատիվ ծրագրեր: Օրինակ՝ սփյուռքահայ մտքի տիտանների մի խումբ, որոնց ենթադրում եմ, որ վաղուց Նոբելյան մրցանակի արժանացրած կլինեին, եթե չլինեին ջհուդա-մասսոնական դավադիր ուժերը, առաջարկել է Հայաստանում տեղադրել աշխարհի ամենամեծ խաչը, որը պարզվում է՝ երկրում կզարգացնի տուրիզմը, և նույն երկիրը կբռնի բարգավաճման ուղին: Այսինքն՝ տուրիզմի զարգացման համար մենք մեր երկրում այլ արժանիքներ` պատմական արժեքներ և գեղատեսիլ վայրեր, չունենք և հույսներս մնացել է խաչը:

Իհարկե, ամբողջ աշխարհի տուրիստները սրտատրոփ կվազեն Հայաստան՝ իրենց մեկ տարվա խնայողությունները ծախսելու Հայաստանի թանկարժեք հյուրանոցներում, որպեսզի տեսնեն խաչը: Եվ կարևոր չէ, որ խաչը տեսնելուց հետո այդ մարդիկ բնական կարիք էլ, որ ունենան, լավագույն դեպքում կարող են, կներեք արտահայտությանս համար՝ տակներն անել, որովհետև դրսում զուգարան գտնելու հարցը մեզ մոտ, մեղմ ասած, խնդրահարույց է: Ի դեպ, ասեմ, որ տուրիստները, ի տարբերություն տեղացիների, սիրում են ոտքով քայլել․երկար են քայլում, շրջում քաղաքով և այդ երկար ժամերի ընթացքում բնական կարիքներ էլ են ունենում:

Ելնելով այս ամենից՝ մեր սփյուռքահայ «տնտեսագետ» բարեկամներին աջակցելու մասին ցանկություն հայտնած Կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները կարող էին պարզապես նրանց առաջարկել խաչ կանգնեցնելու փոխարեն նույն գումարը ներդնել, օրինակ՝ Հայաստանում մի քանի տասնյակ զուգարաններ և մի քանի էկոնոմ-կլասի (էժան) հյուրանոց կառուցելու մեջ, ինչի արդյունքում, վստահ եմ՝ տուրիստների քանակն անկասկած կավելանար: Խոսքս 170 հազար դոլարանոց էլիտար զուգարանների մասին չէ, այլ ամենահասարակ ու էժան զուգարանների: Բայց այսպիսի պարզունակ մտքերը նրանց դժվար հետաքրքրեն, քանի որ նրանք ավելի կողմ են կրեատիվ լուծումների:

Անձամբ ես տնտեսագետ չեմ և կրեատիվ մտքեր ունենալու ունակ չեմ, սակայն իմ համեստ գիտելիքներով ենթադրում եմ հետևյալը, որ տնտեսություն զարգացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է զարգացնել տեղական արտադրությունը, ավելացնել արտահանման ծավալները: Օրինակ՝ խաչի վրա ծախսվող այդ գումարով միգուցե կարելի էր որևէ արտադրություն հիմնել: Բայց դե ասածիս մեջ կրեատիվիզմ չկա:

Այս նախաձեռնության տրամաբանությունը ես շատ եմ նմանեցնում 150 միլիոն դոլարանոց շքեղ հյուրանոց կառուցելու տրամաբանությանը: Օրինակ՝ 150 միլիոն դոլար ներդրումով քանի՞ գործարան կարելի էր հիմնել... Բայց դե տարեվերջ էր, ճգնաժամ, խուճապը կոտրելու խնդիր կար...

Ինչպես հիմա հասկանում եմ՝ խուճապն ամբողջովին չկոտրվեց և դեռ մի քիչ մնացել է: Իսկ վերջնականապես այն կարող է կոտրել միայն խաչը: Խուճապակոտրիչ խաչը հայոց: Կարեն Վարդանյան Orer.am
