Երեկ ադրբեջանցի զինվորները գնդակոծել են Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկևան, Պառավաքար գյուղերը և փորձել են դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձ ձեռնարկել Տաուշի մարզի հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Բաղանիս գյուղի հատվածում՝ սպանելով հայ հովվի։ 2015 թվականը դեռ նոր է սկսվել, անցել է ընդամենը 11 օր, բայց արդեն ունենք զինվորականների շրջանում չորս զոհ և մեկ քաղաքացիական անձի սպանություն՝ կրկին ադրբեջանցիների կողմից։
Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև հաստատված զինադադարից հետո այսպիսի մեծ թվով զոհեր չէին եղել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ 2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական դիրքերի գնդակոծությունները և դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձերն ավելի ինտենսիվ բնույթ են կրելու, քան նախկինում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ի՞նչը կարող է հանդիսանալ Ադրբեջանի կողմից նման ռազմատենչ կեցվածքի պատճառ։ Կարծում եմ՝ դրա համար կա երեք հիմնական պատճառ.
1-ին պատճառը կարող է լինել, այսպես կոչված, ներքին սպառման համար Ալիևի գործողությունները։ Ավտորիտար ռեժիմներին բնորոշ գծերից մեկն էլ այն է, որ շատ հաճախ բռնապետերը, ցանկանալով շեղել երկրի բնակչությանը երկրի ներսում գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրներից, պատերազմ են սանձահարում այլ պետության դեմ։ Վերջին ժամանակներս Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերն էլ են ավելի սաստկացել։ Ձերբակալվել են մի շարք իրավապաշտպաններ։ Բաքվում իրավապահները ներխուժել են Ազատություն ռադիոկայանի տարածք և փակել ռադիոկայանը։ Միջազգային հանրությունը խստորեն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարության դեմ իրականացվող ոտնձգությունները, ուստի Իլհամ Ալիևը կարող է սրել սահմանի վրա իրավիճակը և փորձել բոլորի ուշադրությունը շեղել դեպի ընդհանուր արտաքին թշնամին, այսինքն՝ դեպի Հայաստանը։
Հաջորդ պատճառը կարող է լինել Թուրքիայի կողմից Ադրբեջանին Հայաստանի դեմ հրահրելը։ Այս տարի լրանում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակը և Թուրքիան, Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանային կռիվներ, պատերազմ հրահրելով, ձգտելու է հասնել նրան, որ Սփյուռքի հայկական կառույցներն ու ՀՀ դիվանագիտությունն իրենց ֆինանսական, դիվանագիտական և այլ ռեսուրսները վատնեն Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ թուլացնելով իրենց ջանքերը Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը միջազգայնորեն ճանաչելու համար տարվող պայքարում։
Եվ վերջապես, Ալիևի նման պահվածքի 3-րդ պատճառը կարող է լինել Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև որոշակի պայմանավորվածություներ լինելը․ դու ինձ, ես՝ քեզ սկզբունքով։ Ըստ այդմ՝ Ռուսաստանը կարող է խոստանալ Ադրբեջանին օգնել վերադարձնել Արցախի շրջակա ազատագրված տարածքները, փոխարենը Ադրբեջանը պետք է մտնի ԵՏՄ կամ էլ այլ պայմանների ենթարկվի։ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Հայաստանը բռնակցելով ԵՏՄ-ին, հավանաբար ցանկանում է ԵՏՄ կազմում տեսնել նաև Ադրբեջանին, և դա կարող է արվել ՀՀ շահերի հաշվին։ Օրերս այս թեզի օգտին խոսեց Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար, ՌԴ հանրային պալատի ներկայացուցիչ, քաղաքագետ-տնտեսագետ Սերգեյ Մարկովի այն հայտարարությունը, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը պետք է գան այնպիսի կոմպրոմիսի, որի ֆորմատը կլինի հետևյալը՝ Հայաստանը վերադարձնում է Ադրբեջանին Արցախի շուրջ գտնվող ադրբեջանական տարածքները՝ շրջափակումից դուրս գալու և տնտեսական համագործակցություն սկսելու դիմաց:
Թե ինչպե՞ս այս տարի կզարգանան իրադարձությունները հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններոմ, դեռ պարզ չէ, բայց ակհայտ է որ 2015 թվականը լինելու է բարդ տարի արտաքին սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու առումով։
