Այսօր՝ հունվարի 12-ին, Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը ցնցել է բոլորին: Մյասնիկյան 188 տանը սպանվել է մի ողջ ընտանիք:
Ըստ ՀՀ ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայության տեղեկատվության` դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ կասկածյալը ինքնաձիգից արձակած կրակոցներով սպանել է նշված տան բնակիչներ՝ 1961 թ. ծնված Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանին, 1959 թ. ծնված Հասմիկ Ավետիսյանին, 1979 թ. ծնված Աիդա Ավետիսյանին, 1981 թ. ծնված Արմեն Ավետիսյանին, 1990 թ. ծնված Արաքսյա Պողոսյանին, Հասմիկ Ավետիսյանին /ծննդյան թիվը ճշտվում է/: Հիշեցնենք, որ վեց ամսեկան փոքրիկը, ում ոստիկանները գտել էին մոր գրկում, նույնպես անմասն չէր մնացել հարվածներից: Հրաշքով ողջ մնացած երեխան տեղափոխվել է Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց, վիրահատությունն անցել է բարեհաջող, սակայն բժիշկները փոքրիկի վիճակը գնահատում են ծանր:
Նշենք, որ դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են զինվորականի կոշիկներ, ԱԿ 74 ինքնաձիգ, 5,45 մմ տրամաչափի պարկուճներ և մեկ պահունակ` փամփուշտներով։
Ընտանիքի 6 անդամի սպանության մեջ կասկածվողը ռուս զինվորական Պերմյակով Վալերի Պավլովիչն է, ով մինչ այս պահը չի հայտնաբերվել:
ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հրամանով՝ դեպքի առթիվ ստեղծվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական խումբ, որը ղեկավարում է ոստիկանապետի առաջին տեղակալ Հունան Պողոսյանը:
Իսկ թե ի՞նչ մթնոլորտ է տիրում այս պահին Գյումրիում, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց Գյումրիի քաղաքացի, 25-ամյա Աստղիկ Հովսեփյանից. «Առավոտյան ժամը 11-ի կողմերն իմացա դեպքի մասին, աշխատանքի էի։ Զանգահարեցին եւ ասացին, որ զգույշ լինենք, քանի որ նման դեպք է եղել, իսկ սպանություն կատարած անձին չեն գտել:
Այս պահին Գյումրիում սարսափ է տիրում, մարդիկ չգիտեն, թե ինչ անեն։ Փակվել ենք տներում ու վախենում ենք, որ դուրս գանք: Իմ բարեկամներն ու հարազատները, ովքեր փոքր երեխաներ ունեին, գնացել մանկապարտեզներից անմիջապես տուն են բերել նրանց: Փողոցներն ամբողջությամբ ողողված են ոստիկաններով, ասում են սպանողին չեն գտել: Չգիտեմ, թե ինչ ասեմ, բոլորս շոկի մեջ ենք: 99 թվին նման դեպք էլի է եղել, անողն էլի ռուսներ են եղել, բայց դրանք խմած էին, հիմա չգիտենք, թե ինչ մտածենք, կարող է սրանք էլ են խմած, զինված, չգիտենք՝ տնից դուրս գալը շատ վտանգավոր է, թե՝ ոչ: Ասում են, որ ընտանիքին սպանողի հետ էլի մարդ է եղել, մենք հստակ բան չգիտենք, ով ինչ նորություն իմանումա իրար զանգում ասում ենք»:
Իսկ Գյումրիում սպասվող հանրահավաքի մասին տեղեկությունների վերաբերյալ Աստղիկը նշեց. «Առաջին անգամն եմ լսում այդ մասին։ Ճիշտն ասած, ես հինգի կողմերը կենտրոնական հրապարակի մոտով անցել եմ ու հանրահավաք չեմ նկատել, մարդիկ վախենում են անգամ տանից դուրս գալ, ի՞նչ հանրահավաք»:
Նշենք, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած հանցագործության կապակցությամբ հրատապ սելեկտորային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավարների հետ, որի ընթացքում շեշտվել է ամենակարճ ժամկետում դրա մանրամասները պարզելու, մեղավորներին հայտնաբերելու եւ օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու կարեւորությունը: Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական զինվորական բազայի հրամանատարությունը լիարժեքորեն համագործակցում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինների հետ եւ գործուն օժանդակություն ցուցաբերում գործի քննությանը:
