Հայաստանի իրավապահի համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները այս պահին գտնվում են Գյուրիում տեղակայված ռուսական ռազմաբազայում, այժմ հարցաքննվում է ընտանիքի վեց անդամների սպանության մեջ կասկածվողը՝ ռուս զինվորական Վալերի Պավելի Պերմյակովը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց ոստիկանապետի առաջին տեղակալ Հունան Պողոսյանը, ով գլխավորում է ոստիկանապետի հրամանով ստեղծված օպերատիվ խումբը:
Պերմյակովը սկսել է ցուցմունք տալ եւ պատմել է, որ դուրս է եկել պոստից, ցանկացել է մի քիչ զբոսնել, գնացել է այդ հասցեն՝ ջուր խմելու, դուռը ծեծել է, չեն բացել, փորձել է մտնել, այնուհետեւ մարդ է արթնացել ու այդպես տեղի է ունեցել այն, ինչ եղել է:
Հունան Պողոսյանն ասաց, որ այժմ քննարկում են քրեական գործի վարույթը իրականացնելու խնդիրը, դատավարական ընթացակարգերը: Խնդիրն այն է, որ Պերմյակովի դեմ գործ կհարուցվի նաեւ զորամասը լքելու, պոստից զենքով փախչելու, սահմանը անցնելու փորձի վերաբերյալ: «Իրենք հակված են, որ մենք քննենք, քանի որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել մեզ մոտ, այն ծանր հանցագործություն է, օրվա ընթացքում երկու երկրների դատախազները իրար հետ կզրուցեն եւ կպայմանավորվեն: Կարծում եմ՝ մենք էլ կքննենք գործը, պարզապես վերադասության կարգով կստանանք համապատասխան ցուցում եւ ռուս գործընկերների վարույթում քննվելիք գործն էլ կտեղափոխվի մեզ մոտ»,-ասաց ոստիկանապետի տեղակալը:
Նա նշեց, որ Վալերի Պերմյակով ընդամենը մի ամիս եւ մի քանի օր է՝ ինչ Գյումրիում է, նա նկարագրվում է իբրեւ նորմալ անձնավորություն, բայց արտաքին տեսքը խոսում է այն մասին, որ ինչ-որ խնդիրներ կան, դա կպարզի համապատասխան փորձաքննությունը:
