Մեկնարկեց 2015 թվականը, և ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ տարվա առաջին քաղաքական լուրջ իրադարձությունը, որին կարելի ինտրիգով սպասել, ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնած հունվարի 20-ին սպասվելիք քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունն է, որի մասին խոսվում էր դեռևս մեկ ամիս առաջ:
Ինչպես արդեն հայտնի է, խորհրդաժողովին հրավիրված են կուսակցություններ, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, քաղաքացիական շարժումներ: Այս շղթայի տրամաբանական շարունակությունը, բնականաբար, այն էր, որ այդ քաղաքական քննարկմանը կմասնակցեն նաև ոչ իշխանական եռյակում ընդգրկված քաղաքական ուժերը: Սակայն օրեր առաջ ՀԱԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Արման Մուսինյանը հայտարարել է, որ ՀԱԿ-ը հունվարի 20-ի խորհրդաժողովին չի մասնակցի, ինչպես նաև չի մասնակցի Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, այսինքն մասնակցություն ոչ մի տեսքով չի լինի:
Մուսինյանն ընգծել է, որ ԲՀԿ-ի և ՀԱԿ-ի համագործակցությունը դա զուտ եռակողմ եռյակի ձևաչափն է, այնուհետև հավելել, որ այդ խորհրդաժողովը բացառապես Ծառուկայնի անձնական նախաձեռնությունն և եռյակի հետ ոչ մի ընդհանուր կապ չունի:
Միաժամանակ հարկ է նշել, որ մինչ այդ, իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում, եռյակի մեկ այլ ուժի' Ժառանգության ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանն անդրադառնալով հունվարի 20-ի խորհրդաժողովին' տեսակետ էր հայտնել, ըստ որի, ամենայն հավանականությամբ խորհրդաժողովին չի մասնակցի նաև Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը, սակայն ժառանգական գործիչը նշել էր, որ այնուամենայնիվ Ժառանգությունն իր ներկայացուցիչը կունենա առաջիկա քաղաքական քննարկմանը:
Ստացվում է հետաքրքիր պատկեր: Ընդդիրմադիր դաշտում տեղի են ունենում տարօրինակ և անսպասելի ձևափոխություններ:Նախ քաղաքական մի ուժ' հանձինս ՀԱԿ-ի, որը մինչ այդ թե արտաքին և թե ներքին մոտեցումնեով կիսում էր ԲՀԿ-ի մոտեցումները, կտրուկ հրաժարվում է մասնակցել ԲՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնած խորհրդաժողովին' պատճառաբանելով, որ իրենց համագործակցությունը զուտ եռակողմ ձևաչափով է, սակայն մինչ այդ, բարձր ամբիոններից հայտարարվում էր եռյակյան ուժերի ընդհանուր մարտավարության, ճանապարհային քարտեզների և այլ քաղաքական համագործակցությունների մասին:
Մյուս կողմից, Ժառանգությունը, որը եռյակի «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»-ի ու արտաքին հարցերի շուրջ տարաձայնություններուներ ՀԱԿ-ի ու ԲՀԿ-ի հետ, փորձում է իր մասնակցությամբ պահպանել «գործընկերային» համագործակցության տեսքն ու կանոնները:
Փաստորեն, ԲՀԿ ղեկավարի նախաձեռնած քաղաքական քննարկմանն ընդառաջ, ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտում նոր վերադասավորումներ են նկատվում:
