«Իրավունք» թերթը գրում է. «Ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ ամենատարբեր կազմակերպություններն ու կառույցները Ամանորից առաջ իրենց աշխատակիցների համար կազմակերպում են, այսպես կոչված, կորպորատիվ երեկույթներ՝ հին տարին ճանապարհելու եւ նորը դիմավորելու նպատակով։ Գործող ավանդույթից հեռու չեն մնացել նաեւ ՀԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչները եւ նախորդ տարեվերջին իրենց կուսակիցների համար կազմակերպել են կորպորատիվ երեկույթ։ Միջոցառմանն անձամբ մասնակցել է Կոնգրեսի առաջնորդ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը։
«Մուսալեռ» ռեստորանում անցկացված կուսակցական կորպորատիվի ընթացքում Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը հանդես է եկել կարճ ելույթով եւ անդրադարձել ԲՀԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությանը։ Հարկ չկա անդրադառնալ ելույթի բովանդակությանը, քանի որ այդ մասին մամուլում մանրամասն գրվեց եւ , բնականաբար, հերքվեց՝ ՀԱԿ-ի մամլո խոսնակի կողմից։
Այս հավաքույթում առավել ուշագրավ է եղել հյուրերի կազմը։ Ըստ ներկաների՝ հրավիրյալների թվում են եղել նաեւ «Ազատամարտիկների դաշինքի» մի քանի ներկայացուցիչներ, այդ թվում՝ Ռազմիկ Պետրոսյանը (Ապարանցի Ռազ) եւ ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար Գագիկ Մելքոնյանը։ Բանն այն է, որ ըստ մամուլի չհերքված հրապարակումների՝ «Ազատամարտիկների դաշինքը» ֆինանսավորվում է ԲՀԿ-ի կողմից եւ «Երդվյալ ազատամարտիկների միության» հետ հանդիսանում է ԲՀԿ-ի «այլընտրանքային» Երկրապահը։ Բայց ստացվում է, որ ֆինանսապես կապված լինելով ԲՀԿ-ի հետ, «Ազատամարտիկների դաշինքը» գաղափարապես սնվում է ՀԱԿ-ից ու նրա լիդերից՝ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանից։ Այս պնդման պատճառը միայն ՀԱԿ-ի հավաքներին նրանց ներկայանալը չէ. ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ՀԱԿ-ը Ազատության հրապարակում նստացույցերի կողմնակից է, իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն դրան դեմ է։ Եվ այս հակասության ֆոնին նշված ազատամարտիկները հայտարարեցին, որ իրենք այլեւս «եռյակի» հանրահավաքներին չեն մասնակցի եւ դրանց կմիանան միայն այն դեպքում, երբ սկսվեն նստացույցերն ու ակտիվ գործողությունները։
Զարմանալ պետք չէ, քանի որ այս գործելակերպը լիովին տեղավորվում է Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ոճի մեջ. նրա ղեկավարած ՀԱԿ-ը նույնպես ֆինանսական կախվածության մեջ է ԲՀԿ-ից, սակայն քաղաքականապես փորձում է մնալ անկախ, չնայած նրան, որ կոնգրեսականները հրապարակայնորեն գովաբանում են եւ ԲՀԿ-ին, եւ նրա ղեկավարին՝ նրանց վրա թողնելով նաեւ «եռյակի» գաղափարական առաջնորդությունը»:
