Հպարտ եմ...Հպարտ եմ,որ ԳՅՈՒՄՐԵՑԻՆԵՐԸ ստիպեցին "ամենազոր" Վ.Վ.Պուտինին գնալ զիջումների...Այսօր ՔԱՂԱՔՈՒՄ տեղի ունեցած հուժկու ելույթները հասկացրեցին Մոսկվային,որ "զոռբայությամբ" որևէ բանի հասնել հնարավոր չէ..."Իմ սեփական մարդասպանին ես ինքս կդատեմ" կարգախոսն այս անգամ ԳՅՈՒՄՐԵՑԻՆԵՐԸ թույլ չեն տա...Անհաջող աբորտի հետևանք Վալերի Պերմյակովը,ով այնքան իրեն թույլ տվեց,որ ՍՊԱՆԵՑ կականց և ԵՐԵԽԱՅԻ պետք է ՊԱՏԺՎԻ Հայաստանում...
Այն ժամանակ,երբ ԳՅՈՒՄՐԵՑԻՆԵՐԸ բողոքում էին 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի մոտ,Երևանում՝Բաղրամյան 26-ում, Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոտ էր գտնվում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազԳևորգ Կոստանյանը,ով դուրս գալով նախագահական պալատից լրագրողներին հավաստիացրեց,որ այդ ԻՐԸ՝Վալերի Պերմյակովը իր պատիժը կկրի ՀՀ-ում...Գյումրեցիները շատ անգամ են ներել 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում ծառայող տարբեր "տրամաչափի" հանցագործների,որոնք քաղաքի կենտրոնում անկանոն կրակ էին բացում, մարդ սպանում ու վիրավորում,մահվան ելքով վրաերթերի մասնակիցներ դառնում ,խուլիգանություն անում և այլն...
Այս դեպքն ԱՆՆԵՐԵԼԻ է..Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանդն այդ վիժվածքի կողմից պետք է խստագույնս ՊԱՏԺՎԻ...Ու թե՛ ով է կանգնած այս ամենի հետևում ՝դա արդեն Մոսկվայի գործն է պարզելու...Նա պետք է պարզի,թե իր երկրի զինվորը ՈՒ՞Մ պատվերներն էր կատարում...Իսկ Մոսկվայի "անդիվանագետ" և անխոհեմ պահվածքը այս օրերին,ով ուզում էր բոլորին ապացուցել,որ ինքն իր սողունի կողքին է կանգնած, մի քանի անգամ կրկնապատկեցին հակառուսական տրամադրությունները Հայաստանում...
Հ.Գ.Ես միշտ ցանկացել եմ իմանալ,թե ի՞նչն է պատճառը,որ եվրոպական շատ ազգեր,որոնց ՌՈՒՍՆԵՐԸ փրկել են և երկիր են "ՆՎԻՐԵԼ",շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց ԱՏԵԼ են կամ էլ ՄԻՆՉԵՎ հիմա ԱՏՈՒՄ են ՌՈՒՍՆԵՐԻՆ...ՄԻ վառ օրինակ...ԽՍՀՄ-ի (կարդա՝Ռուսաստանի) կողմից Ֆաշիստական ճիրաններից ազատագրված լեհերը, չեխերը,սլովակները, հունգարները, էստոնացիները, լատվիացիները, լիտվացիները,գերմանացիները,ռումինացիները,բուլղարները և այլն ուղղակի ԶԶՎՈՒՄ են ռուսներից...Ես արդեն պատկերացնում եմ,թե շատ դեպքերում Ո՛ՐՆ պատճառը...
Մոսկվայի ԲԻՐՏ քաղաքականությունը վանում է նրանից շատերին...Վ.Պուտինի խորհրդատուները,որոնք գտնում են,որ ՄԱՆԿԱՍՊԱՆԻՆ ՌԴ տեղափոխել և դատելը կարևոր է Մոսկվայի անպարտելի "իմիջի" համար,լավ կլիներ այս երկու օրը գային Գյումրի և "ցարին" տեղեկացնեին,թե ի՛նչ ահ ու սարսափի մեջ են ռուս զինվորականները,որոնք գերադասում են քաղաքում շատ չերևալ...
