Գյումրիում երեկ ծավալված իրադարձությունները բերել են նրան, որ Պերմյակովի գործը վերջապես սկսել է նաև ռուս հասրակության օրակարգ մտնել ու այնտեղ միանգամայն հետաքրքիր ու նաև վտանգավոր պրոցեսսներ են սկսել զարգանալ այս աառնչությմաբ։
Դրոշակն առաջինը վերցրեցին Ռուսաստանի «լիբերալ-կրեատիվ» ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները ու նրանց գաղափարախոսական տիրույթում պտտվող ռեսուրսները։ Ընդ որում, հատկապես Բորիս Նեմցովի շեշտադրումներից պարզ է դառնում, որ նրանք փորձում են խաղալ պոպուլիզմի վրա ու միևնույն ժամանակ ավելի շատ բենզին լցնեն կրակի վրա։ Վերդառնանք նույն նեմցովին՝ մարդը լավ-լավ ասում, ասում ա, մեկ էլ վերջում հո՛պ ու ակնարկում ա Գյումրում ռազմաբազան հանելու հարցը, թեև այն՝ որպես այդպիսին, չի եղել մեր հանրային օրակարգում (խոսքը առանձին մարդկանց հայտարարություների մասին չէ)։
Ակտիվ ու կեղտոտ խաղ է տանում նաև Дождь հեռուստաընկերությունը, որը հայտնի է բացահայտ հակառուսականության (այն աստիճան բացահայտ, որ անգամ ամեն ուկրաինական հակառուսկան ռեսուրս չէ, որ նման հակառուսական գիծ է տանում), շա՜տ նրբորեն ու սկզբում հենց մեր շուրթերով, ռուսական հասարակության գիտակցությունում ներդնում է այն գաղափարը, որ Պերմյակովի գլխին իրականում սարքել են (հետաքրքիր ա, էդ բացի սեփական եզրահանգումների վրա հիմնաված այդ հիպերֆանտաստիկ տարբերակի հայ տիրաժավորողները հասկանո՞ւմ են ինչ կարա լինի, եթե Ռուսաստանում էլ սկսեն շատերը հավատալ դրան)։
Մյուս կողմից, բավականին անակնկալ կերպով են արտահայտվել նաև Ռուս նացիոնալիստների դերժավնիկական թևը (որը հանդես չի գալիս նացիստական լոզունգներով ու չի գտնում, որ Ռուսաստանի մասնատման պահանջները նացիոնալիստին հարիր բաներ են)՝ ի դեմս հայտնի հրապարակախոս ու հասարակական գործիչ Եգոր Խոլմոգորովի։ Վերջինս թվիթերյան իր էջում ասել է մասնավորապես, որ սա այն դեպքը ու այն ազգը չէ, երբ պետք է կայսերական հպարտություն դրսևորել՝ ակնարկելով, որ Պերմյակովին պետք է հանձնել Հայկական կողմին։
Այսքանով հանդերձ, ամենաանհասկանալի ու հիմար դիրքորոշումը էն ճամբարում ա, որը իրավասու է որոշումներ կայացնելու ու որի դեմ խաղում են նույն Նեմցովներն ու Դոժդերը։ Փոխանակ գոնե էսքանից հետո հետևություն անեն, բռնել են էլ ավելի են զայրացնում հայ հանրությանը ու ընտրել են դա անելու համար ամենահեշտ ձևը՝ կիսելյովավարի էս ամեն ինչում պետդեպի ձեռքն են տասնում ու Հայաստանյան մայդան (ապսուրդների ապսուրդ)։ Ես ոչ միայն չեմ բացառում, այլև առավել քան վստահ եմ, որ ամերիկյան դեսպանատունը անմասն չի էս ամեն ինչում, բայց ես առավել քան վստահ եմ, որ էդ անմասն չլինեն արտահայտվում ա նրանով, որ իրենցից անկախ սկսված այս պրոցեսսին նրանք կեսից են ներգրավել ու հիմա փորձում են իրենց հպատակների միջոցով ուղղորդեն տարերային այս բոոքի ալիքը՝ ի շահ իրենց, բայց սա միանգամայն այլ թեմա է, առավել ևս, եթե կարելի էր այս ամենից խուսափել՝ պարզապես հետևելով օրենքի ու երկկողմ համաձայնությունների տառին, բայց Կրեմլում ինչ որ խելոքներ որոշեցին, որ «Նա պոռնիկի տղա է, բայց նա մեր պոռնիկի տղան է» սկզբունը դարձնել գերակա՝ Հայաստանի ու հայ ազգի հետ դրական հարաբերություններ ունենալու հանդեպ։ Միամիտ՝ հիմարությունից դրդված են անում սա, թե՞ հետևողականորեն վնասում են սեփական երկրին՝ չգիտեմ, բայց որ այս վիճակի միակ բացատրությունը այդ անասնագույն ամերիկացիներից պլեչ արած տրամաբանությունն է՝ կարծում եմ, որ մենակ ինձ չի, որ ակնհայտ է։
