2014թ. հունվարի 20-ին հայ-իրանական սահմանին 47 փաթեթ կամ 927,6 կգ հերոին տեսակի թմրանյութ անցկացնելու համար ձերբակալված Ավթանդիլ Սիկոյի Մարտիաշվիլու շահերի պաշտպան Թեյմուրազ Մայսուրաձեն այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նախ իր ցավակցական խոսքը հղեց Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի բարեկամներին ու հարազատներին. «Ես ուզում եմ վրաց ժողովրդի անունից ցավակցություն հայտնել Հայաստանին, Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքին, բոլոր վրացական հաղորդումներում այս թեման արծարծվում է, մամուլը լուսաբանում է տեղի ունեցածը»:
Անցնելով բուն թեմային` Փաստաբան Մայսուրաձեն վստահորեն նշեց, որ Մարտիաշվիլու գործը նախօրոք լավ մշակված եւ կազմակերպված հանցագործություն է, որի մասին Ավթանդիլ Մարտիաշվիլին տեղյակ չի եղել:
Ինչ վերաբերում է թաքստոցին, որտեղ պահվել էր հերոինը, ամբաստանյալը չի նկատել իր մեքենայում առկա ինքնաշեն թաքստոցը, չկասկածելով որեւէ բան, այդ մեքենայով Մարտիաշվիլին շրջել է մի քանի երկրներում:
Խոսքի ընթացքում Թեյմուրազ Մայսուրաձեն շեշտադրում կատարեց այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ մեքենան անցել է Իրանով, սակայն տվյալ երկրի սահմանային անցակետում որեւէ բան չեն հայտնաբերել: Ինչը զարմանալի է, քանի որ վերը նշված երկիրը հագեցած է գերժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով, որոնց միջոցով էլ իրականացվում է բեռի զննումը:
«Մենք քրեածին իրավիճակի հետ գործ ունենք: Չգիտես ինչու, Ադրբեջանը, Իրանը չեն նկատել հերոինը, իմ կարծիքով այս ամենը հատուկ գործարք է, որը օգտագործվում է ահաբեկչական նպատակներով: Այս գործով կան կասկածներ այն մասին, որ կան նարկոբարոններ, որոնք դրսում են եւ ձերբակալված չեն: Խոսքս Իսմայիլ Նարգիզ եւ Մուստաֆա Նարգիզ եղբայրների մասին է, որոնք Թուրքայի քաղաքացիներ են»:
Ի դեպ նկատենք, որ ամբաստանյալի մեքենայի սեփականատեր թուրքի նկատմամբ ինտերպոլը հետախուզում չի հայտարարել:
Նշենք, որ 63-ամյա Մարտիաշվիլուն սպառնում է 18 տարվա ազատազրկում:
Փաստաբան Թեյմուրազ Մայսուրաձեն ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի ամբաստանյալին ազատ արձակեն, չնայած նրան, որ նա այդքան էլ գոհ չի դատախազի գործողություններից:
Դատախազի վերաբերմունքը սուբյեկտիվ է, կանխակալ. «Մեղադրանքն անհիմն է: Կան փաստարկներ այն մասին, որ ամբաստանյալը ոչ մի բան չգիտի ու չէր կարող իմանալ, այս ամենը հաստատված է ՀՀ քննչական մարմինների կողմից, իսկ այդ պարագայում դատախազության դիրքորոշումն անհասկանալի էր»:
