Ընթացիկ տարվա հունիսին օտարերկրյա կապիտալի զուտ արտահոսքը ԱՄՆ-ից կազմել է $153,5 մլրդ., տեղեկացրել է երկրի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը: Ընդ որում, ինչպես նախարարության զեկույցում է նշվում երկարաժամկետ ու կարճաժամկետ ակտիվների արտահոսքի ընդհանուր ծավալն է դա, ներառյալ նաև բանկային փոխանցումները: Մինչ այդ, մայիսին նկատվել էր ներհոսք $33,1 մլրդ-ի չափով: Սակայն տարեկսզբից հաշված ընդհանուր առմամբ ներդրողները ԱՄՆ-ից հանել են $156,9 մլրդ, իսկ ներհոսքը մինչ հունիս կազմել է $3,4 մլրդ: «Հունիսի կսզբին նկատվեց գանձապետական պարտաթղթերի մասսայական վաճառք, ինչը վախեցրեց բազմաթիվ մասնավոր ներդրողների»,- մեկնաբանում է Նյու Յորքի TD Securities USA LLC փորձագետ Գեննադի Հոլդբերգը: Զեկույցում նաև նշված է, որ մասնավոր ներդումները Չինաստանից կրճատվել են $2,5 մլրդից մինչև $1,27 տրլն., ճապոնական ներդրումները` $600 մլնից մինչև $1,22 տրլն: Այս կապակցությամբ բավական լուրջ վերլուծություն է կատարել նաև Bloomberg-ը և անհանգստությամբ հրապարակել իր վերլուծության արդյունքները, ըստ որոնց, չին-ճապոնական ներդրումներն ԱՄՆ-ում կրճատվել են ընդհանուր առմամբ 41,4%-ով որը երկրորդ ռեկորդն է սկսած 2004-ից, երբ նույն ուղղության ներդրումները կրճատվել էին 50,9%-ով, իսկ ընդհանուր գումարային արժեքով, օտար ներդրողները հունիսին վաճառել են $20,8 մլրդ ԱՄՆ պետական պարտատոմսեր: Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը նաև նշում է, որ աճել են բելգիական ներդրողների կապիտալները ԱՄՆ-ում $1,7 մլրդ-ով` հասնելով $364,1 մլրդի: «Սակայն պետք է նշել, որ Բելգիայում գործում Euroclear Bank SA-ն որը պետություններին տրամադրում է թանկարժեք թղթերի սպառման ծառայություններ, որի պատճառով Բելգիան հաճախ է համարվում դեպոզիտարիում բանկ շատ երկրների համար, այդ թվում նաև Չինաստանի».- նշել է Nomura Holdings Inc.-ի փորձագետ Ջեոֆֆրի Յանգը:
