2014 թվականի ավարտին մենք առիթ ունեցանք բազմիցս անդրադառնալ Սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության գործելաոճին: Ցավով պետք է նշենք, որ ՍԱՊԾ-ն այն կառույցներից է, որտեղ աշխատում են ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալները, իսկ եթե ավելի կոնկրետ՝ գործից ընդհանրապես գլուխ չհանողները: Այս մասին են վկայում Ամանորի նախաշեմին խանութներում եւ առեւտրի կետերում սատկած խոզերի մսեղիքի վաճառքը:
Հարկ է նկատել, որ այսպես կոչված պատկան մարմինը՝ ՍԱՊԾ-ն, որն իրականում ստեղծված է շուկաներում եւ վաճառքի այլ կետերում սննդի վերահսկման գործառույթ իրականացնելու համար, անգամ տեղյակ էլ չէր, որ Երեւանում մեծ արագությամբ եւ բավականին ցածր գներով սատկած խոզի միս է վաճառվում: Ի ուրախություն հանրության եւ ի տխրություն «սապծականների»՝ կեղտը ջրի երես դուրս հանողներն այս անգամ եւս չորրորդ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն էին, ովքեր հնարավորինս արագ ահազանգեցին եւ բնակչությանը հորդորեցին զերծ մնալ կասկածելի և ցածր գներով վաճառվող մսեղիքից:
Լրագրողական հետաքննության, բացահայտումների, ԶԼՄ-ների անաչառ աշխատանքի արդյունքների շնորհիվ, փաստորեն, բազմաթիվ մարդիկ փրկվեցին թունավորումներից եւ հետագա հնարավոր զարգացումներից: Իսկ մինչ լրատվամիջոցները գործում էին, ՍԱՊԾ նորաթուխ շեֆն անգամ չգիտեր ինչ անել: Չնայած նրան, որ պատմաբան Հայրապետյանը կորել էր տարածության եւ ժամանակի մեջ (հավանաբար վերջինս մտովի գտնվում էր Տղմուտ գետի աջ ափին եւ փորձում էր իրավիճակ փրկել), այնուամենայնիվ, հնարավոր եղավ նրան հետ վերադարձնել դաժան իրականություն եւ ստիպել զբաղվել սատկած խոզերով: Թե ի՞նչ եղավ հետո եւ ի՞նչ ֆանտաստիկ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՍԱՊԾ-ն, բոլորս գիտենք, այս պարագայում հարկ է ուշադրություն դարձնել մեկ այլ հանգամանքի վրա:
Սենսացիոն բացահայտման առաջին իսկ օրվանից Orer.am-ը փորձում էր կապ հաստատել եւ ստանալ հանրությանը հուզող մի շարք հարցերի պատասխաններ, սակայն պատմաբան Հայրապետյանը մշտապես խուսանավել է հեռախոսազրույցի միջոցով պատասխանել մեզ հուզող հարցերին. վերջինս վստահեցնում էր, որ գրավոր տարբերակով հարցերն ուղարկելու դեպքում, դրանք ամենակարճ ժամկետներում կստանան իրենց սպառիչ պատասխանները:
Նշենք, որ օրերս հերթական անգամ կապ հաստատելով ՍԱՊԾ պետի հետ եւ ստանալով ստանդարտ եւ հոգնեցնող նույն պատասխանը՝ այնուամենայնիվ, որոշեցինք եւս մեկ պատմական իրադարձություն գրանցել եւ հարցերը գրավոր ուղարկել, որի պատասխանները պետք է պատրաստ լինեին երկուշաբթի օրը (այս մասին խոստացել էր պատմաբանը):
Հարգարժան պարոն չինովնիկին ցանկանում ենք տեղեկացնել, որ այսօր արդեն հունվարի 20-նն է, օրը՝ երեքշաբթի, այս պարագայում աստեղրը հուշում են, բայց չեն պարտադրում՝ լրագրողների հարցերին հարկավոր է պատասխանել օպերատիվ կերպով, ժամանակակից եւ ընդունված մեթոդներով: Ի դեպ, սուրհանդակներ, լուր բերող աղունիկներ եւ սեպագիր արձանագրություններ չեն ընդունվում:
