Այսօր Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Աղվան Հովսեփյանն ու Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Բաստրիկինը քննարկել են Գյումրիում ընտանեկան դաժան սպանության գործի հետ կապված հարցեր: Քննարկումը տևել է շուրջ 3 ժամ: Այդ ընթացքում 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում սպասող լրագրողների հարցերին Աղվան Հովսեփյանն ու Ալեքսանդր Բաստրիկինը չպատասխանեցին:
Galatv.am-ի փոխանցմամբ` քննչական կոմիտեի մամլո խոսնակ Սոնա Տռուզյանն անդրադարձավ մի շարք հարցերի: «Կողմերը ձեռք են բերել հստակ պայմանավորվածություններ՝ կարևորելով, որպեսզի այս գործում բոլոր հանգամանքները բացահայտվեն, պարզվեն, քանի որ քրեական գործում կան նաև առանձնահատկություններ, երկու երկրների իրավազորության ներքո գտնվող քրեական գործերը շատ կարևոր են, որպեսզի պատշաճ կարգով ձեռք բերվեն նաև ապացույցները և քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Ակնհայտ է, որ լուրջ աշխատանքներ կան անելու, և որպեսզի կարողանանք հանրությանը հուզող բոլոր հարցադրումներին տալ պատշաճ տեղեկատվություն, այսօր երկու երկրների քննչական կոմիտեների ղեկավարները որոշել են համատեղ և փոխգործակցված գործողություններ իրականացնել»:
«Հանձնման ընթացակարգը բոլորովին այլ ընթացակարգ է: Այս փուլում խնդիր կա դրված, որ երկու երկրների քննչական մարմինները կարողանան լիարժեք քննություն իրականացնել: Քրեական գործի շահերից բխող որոշում, և պայմանավորվածություն է այսօր ձեռք բերվել, որպեսզի և մեր իրավապահ մարմինները կարողանան լիարժեք գործի քննություն իրականացնել, և ռուսական կողմինը»:
Արդյոք՞ հայկական կողմը մինչ օրս լիարժեք ներգրավված չէր գործընթացում,- հետաքրքրվեցինք Սոնա Տռուզյանից:
«Որպեսզի կարողանանք իրականացնել լիարժեք քննություն, ձեռք է բերվել հստակ պայմանավորվածություն, և քիչ ավելի ուշ, երբ փաստաթուղթը կլինի ամբողջական, հիմա էլ աշխատում են այդ փաստաթղթի վրա, փոխգործակցված քննություն իրականացվելու է, որպեսզի հայ հասարակությունը կարողանա այդ ամենին հետևի, մնացած հարցադրումները մեր լիազորությունների շրջանակներից դուրս են»,- նշեց մամլո խոսնակը:
