Գյումրիում կատարված ողբերգությունը լրջագույն փորձություն էր բոլորի համար' թե՛ ՀՀ իշխանությունների, թե՛ ընդդիմության, թե՛ շարքային քաղաքացիների և թե՛, մասնավորապես, գյումրեցիների: Առայժմ այդ փորձությունը պատվով տանում են միայն գյումրեցիները: Ցավալի և ամոթալի է, սակայն այդ հարցում գյումրեցիներին ցուցաբերված աջակցությունը շատ չնչին է: Արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք գրելու կատարվածից հետո ՀՀ նախագահի, իշխանական վերնախավի, ինչպես նաև նրանց այլընտրանք ներկայացող ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդների անընդունելի պահվածքի մասին, որոնք գուցե նաև ականջալուր լինելով այդ քննադատությանը, գուցե և Պուտինի հեռախոսազանգից «դուխ» հավաքելով' այդուամենայնիվ, գոնե ֆորմալ մակարդակում փորձեցին տեղից շարժվել: Գրում է «Ժողովուրդ»-ը: Ինչ վերաբերում է մեզ բոլորիս' ՀՀ շարքային քաղաքացիներիս, ապա, անկասկած, խորապես ցավելով և սգալով անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը՝ այս օրերին մենք այդպես էլ չկարողացանք մեր վիշտն ու պահանջատիրությունը ներկայացնել համազգային, իրապես հուժկու և միասնական դրսևորմամբ: Ինչ խոսք, այսօր Հայաստանում մարդիկ ապրում են ծայրահեղ ծանր սոցիալական պայմաններում, և ամեն մեկն ունի իր հոգսը, որը ցանկանում է հնարավորինս շուտ հոգալ: Սակայն, վստահաբար, գյումրեցիների սոցիալական վիճակն ավելի ծանր է, էլ չասած' կատարվածից հետո նրանց բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի մասին: Սակայն գյումրեցիները մեկ մարդու նման դուրս եկան փողոց և մեզ բոլորիս' ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիներիս, «թասիբի» և արժանապատվության դաս տվեցին: Մինչդեռ Գյումրիում կատարվածը մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը պիտի ընդուներ որպես անձնապես իրեն հասցված հարված և իր զավակին սպառնացող վտանգ: Շարունակությունը՝ թերթի այսօրվա համարում։
