Հունվարի 20-ին ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը՝ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի գլխավորությամբ, մասնակցեց Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության խորհրդի 15-րդ նիստին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարությունից:
Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էին ԵՄ Խորհրդի նախագահությունը ներկայացնող Լատվայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդգարս Ռինկևիչը և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Եվրոպական հարևանության քաղաքականության և ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Յոհանես Հանը:
Հայաստանի պատվիրակության կազմում էին ԵՄ-ում ՀՀ առաքելության ղեկավար դեսպան Թաթուլ Մարգարյանը, էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը, արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արման Թաթոյանը։
Հայաստան - Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության խորհրդի 15-րդ նիստին հանգամանալից քննակվեցին Հայաստան - ԵՄ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման նպատակով ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերը՝ քաղաքական երկխոսության, հարաբերությունների ապագա իրավական հիմքի, շարժունակության, մարդու իրավունքների, տնտեսական բարեփոխումների, Հայաստանին ԵՄ աջակցության հարցերը։
Նախարար Նալբանդյանը երախտագիտություն հայտնեց ԵՄ-ին՝ Հայաստանին տարիներ շարունակ ցուցաբերած աջակցության և օժանդակության համար, որոնք նշանակալի դեր են խաղացել՝ Հայաստանում բարեփոխումների իրականացման և ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների զարգացման համար, և վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի հաստատակամությունը՝ խորացնելու Եվրոպական միության հետ տարբեր ոլորտներում և ուղղություններով համապարփակ համագործակցությունը՝ հիմնվելով վերջին տարիների ձեռքբերումների վրա՝ հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ պարտավորությունները այլ միջազգային, ինտեգրացիոն ձևաչափերում։
Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ընդգծեց, որ ԵՄ հետ փոխգործակցության առաջնահերթությունների շարքում է շարժունակությունը, միգրացիայի և մարդկային շփումների զարգացումը։ Այս համատեքստում նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշեց, որ 2014թ. հունվարին ուժի մեջ մտած ԵՄ - Հայաստան մուտքի արտոնագրի դյուրացման և հետընդունման մասին համաձայնագրերը, որոնք ճանապարհ են հարթում դեպի մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման վերաբերյալ գործընթացի մեկնարկը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ապագայում հասնել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի վերացմանը:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը կարևորեց նաև Գործընկերության և համագործակցության համաձայնագրին կից Արձանագրության ուժի մեջ մտնելը, որով Հայաստանը կարող է մասնակցել ԵՄ ծրագրերի լայն շրջանակի և համագործակցելու ԵՄ տարբեր գործակալությունների հետ։
Խորհրդի նիստի օրակարգում էին նաև տարածաշրջանային խնդիրները և դրանց լուծման ուղիները։
Եվրոպական կողմի խնդրանքով Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ներկայացրեց արցախյան հիմնախնդրի հանգուցալուծման բանակցային գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումները, Արդբեջանի ապակառուցողական և սադրիչ գործողությունների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը և արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արման Թաթոյանը իրենց ելույթներում տեղեկացրին կառավարության տնտեսական քաղաքականության, դատաիրավական ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների, 2014թ. տնտեսության և դատաիրավական բնագավառներում ԵՄ հետ համագործակցության արդյունքների մասին:
Խորհրդի նիստից հետո տեղի ունեցավ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի, Էդգարս Ռինկևիչի և Յոհանես Հանի համատեղ մամլո ասուլիսը։
