ԿԲ խորհուրդը 2015թ. հունվարի 21-ի արտահերթ նիստում որոշել է վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը բարձրացնել 1.00 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով 9.50%: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, 2014թ. դեկտեմբերին արձանագրվել է 3.0% գնաճ, որի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճը կազմել է 4.6%:
Վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքի վերջին որոշումից հետո արտաքին հատվածում հիմնական հումքային և պարենային շուկաներում պահպանվել են գնանկումային միտումները, որոնց հնարավոր արտացոլման չափն ու արագությունը ՀՀ համապատասխան շուկաների գնային փոփոխություններում դեռևս անորոշ է: Գործընկեր երկրներում նույնպես գրանցվել են գնանկումային ճնշումներ, բացառությամբ Ռուսաստանի, որտեղ ռուբլու՝ տարեվերջին գրանցված աննախադեպ արժեզրկումն արտահայտվել է գների մակարդակի՝ աճի ուղղությամբ ճշգրտմամբ:
Մյուս կողմից, չնայած ներքին տնտեսությունում որոշակիորեն մեղմվել են 2014թ. վերջին ձևավորված բարձր գնաճային սպասումները, այնուամենայնիվ, դրանք դեռևս պահպանվում են, ինչն էլ արտահայտվում է ֆինանսական շուկայում' տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների մոտ բարձր դրամային տոկոսադրույքների պահանջի դրսևորմամբ: Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհուրդը գտնում է, որ առկա բարձր տոկոսադրույքները, որոնք ձևավորվել են ԿԲ լոմբարդային ռեպո գործիքի տոկոսադրույքի շուրջ, մասամբ ներառում են նաև համաշխարհային տոկոսադրույքների և զարգացող երկրների ռիսկի հավելավճարի երկարաժամկետ աճի միտումը: Դրամավարկային քաղաքականության դիրքը պահպանելու նկատառումով ՀՀ ԿԲ խորհուրդը նպատակահարմար է գտել բարձրացնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ձևավորված շուկայական բարձր տոկոսադրույքները նվազեցնելու նպատակով, խորհուրդն իջեցրել է լոմբարդային ռեպոյի տոկոսադրույքը 3 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով այն 17%: Արտարժութային շուկայում ճնշումների արդեն իսկ թուլացման պարագայում դա կնպաստի բարձր գնաճային սպասումների չեզոքացմանը և գնաճի նպատակի իրագործմանը:
Դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ուղղությունների մասին հաջորդ որոշումը տեղի կունենա 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ին՝ ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի: Որոշմանը կհաջորդի Դրամավարկային քաղաքականության առաջին եռամսյակի ծրագրի հրապարակումը, որտեղ Կենտրոնական բանկն ավելի մանրամասնորեն կանդրադառնա վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումներին և ապագայի կանխատեսումներին:
Լոմբարդային ռեպոների և ներգրավված միջոցների տոկոսադրույքները սահմանվել են համապատասխանաբար 17% և 8%:
