Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է միջազգային մամուլը, Հայաստանին հարեւան, բայց ոչ երբեւէ բարեկամ պետության Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի այցը Բեռլին նշանավորվել է սկանդալով: Ալիեւը Գերմանիայի մայրաքաղաք է այցելել Դավոսից Բաքու ուղեւորվելու ճանապարհին, որտեղ անցկացվում էր Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումը:
Բեռլինում «Եվրոպական հարթակ՝ ժողովրդավարական ընտրությունների օգտին» կազմակերպության ակտիվիստները ու «Լրագրողներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպության անդամներն Ալիեւին տհաճ անակնկալ են մատուցել. վերջիններս նրան դիմավորել են ցույցով: Կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները պաստառներ եւ լուսանկարներ են պարզել դեպի Ալիեւը՝ վանկարկելով «Կանգնեցրեք բռնապետ Ալիեւին», «Ադրբեջանն՝ առանց քաղբանտարկյալների» եւ նմանատիպ այլ արտահայտություններ:
Բռնապետական երկրի նախագահը կրկին «շանթահարվեց», մինչ փորձում էր մարսել տեղի ունեցածը, սակայն այս անգամ ավելի բարձր մակարդակով. համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ Անգելա Մերկելն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ հարթ չէ: Այսքանից բացի՝ տիկինը մատ է թափ տվել Ալիեւի վրա՝ հիշեցրելով, որ Ադրբեջանը Եվրոխորհրդի անդամ է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տվյալ պետությունը պարտավոր է պաշտպանել մարդու իրավունքները, հետեւել ժողովրդավարական եւ իրավարար պետականության նորմերին:
Մերկելի կողմից հնչեցված խոսքերը, մեղմ ասած, հաճելիներից չէին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի համար. դրա մասին էին վկայում նախագահի բեղերի անհանգիստ շարժումները: Քննադատության կիզակետում գտնվող Ալիեւին գոտկատեղից ներքեւ՝ տապալող հարված է հասցրել չորրորդ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը, ով, բարձրանալով տեղից, երկար կոչ է արել Ադրբեջանի նախագահին ազատ արձակել քաղբանտարկյալներին:
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ալիեւյան կլանի որդեգրած տմարդի քաղաքականությունը վերջին շրջանում քարկոծվում է բավական բարձր մակարդակով եւ տարբեր երկրների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից, սակայն, ինչպես ասում են, հասկացողին մեկ ասա, չհասկացողին՝ տասնմեկ: Հետեւելով ալիեւյան հրամաններին եւ տվյալ պետության կողմից օրը մեջ ծրագրվող դիվերսիոն հարձակումներին՝ կարող ենք ընդամենը մեկ խորհուրդ տալ. «սթրվե՛ք տեղներդ, այլապես, ինչպես հուշում են չար լեզուները, նման սանձարձակ պահվածքի համար պատգամավորական ուժերը կհերիքեն հրկիզելու նաեւ Ալիեւի բեղերը»:
