Օրերս հրավիրած ասուլիսում լրագրողներից մեկը ՀՀ Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանից հետաքրքվել է, թե ինչպես է նա վերաբերում ՀՏՊՀ-ում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի թեզի պաշտպանության ժամանակ հայտնի միջադեպի ակտիվ մասնակից Սևակ Խաչատրյանին ՀՏՊՀ պրոռեկտոր նշանակելու հանգամանքին:
Աշոտյանն ասել է, թե նախարարությունը չի խառնվում բուհերի կադրային քաղաքականությանը, միաժամանակ հավելելով, «Սյո, եղել են դեպքեր, երբ մարդիկ իրենց լավ չեն դրսևորել… ի՞նչ է, պետք է հետապնդե՞նք… պետք է ներել… չեմ հասկանում այս մաղձը, ինչքան ակտիվիստներ կան, որոնք նույնպես նման վարք են ցուցաբերում, բայց դա չի բարձրաձայնվում ու մի վիրավորեք նրանց Սաքուլիկ ասելով, այդ տղայի անունը Սևակ է»:
Աշոտյանը, մեղմ ասած, տարօրինակ հայտարարություն է անում, որովհետև սա այն դեպքն է, որ նախարարը կտրուկ պետք է միջամտեր ԲՈւՀ-ի կադրային քաղաքականությանը և թույլ չտար, որ համալսարանի տարածքում քուչի բազար սարքած անձնավորությունը դառնար նույն համալսարանի ղեկավարներից մեկը: Կների Աշոտյանը այդ տղային, թե ոչ՝ իր խնդիրն է, այստեղ խոսքը վերաբերվում է հակահասարակական արարք ցուցաբերած մարդու պաշտոնեական առաջխաղացմանը: Ինչ պետք է սովորի ուսանողը, երբ իր ԲՈւՀ-ի ղեկավարի վարքը ոչնչով չի տարբերվում երշիկի հերթում իրեն սանձարձակ պահող երրորդ դասարանցու վարքից:
