Եթե 20 օրվա մեջ սահմանում զոհերի թիվը հասնում է տասի, իսկ թշնամու կողմից հրադադարի խախատումները արդեն ամենօրյա բնույթ են կրում, սա արդեն ավելին է, քան պարզապես հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումը, այս երևույթն արդեն ավելի մոտ է պատերազմական վիճակին: Եվ այս պարագայում միասնականության փոխարեն շարունակում են իրավիճակը սրելու փորձերը, հնչում են մեղադրանքներ:
Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարը խախտելու համար հայ հասարակության մի հատված չգիտես ինչու փորձում է մեղադրել ոչ միայն ադրբեջանական կողմին, այլ նաև, օրինակ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններին: Շատ «տրամաբանական» է՝ իշխանություններն են մեղավոր, որ ադրբեջանցիները մեզ վրա կրակում են: Պարզապես ես ոչ մի կերպ չեմ կարողանում հասկանալ այդ «տրամաբանությունը»: Ոմանց մոտ այդ «տրամաբանությունը» նույնիսկ այնքան կատարելագործվեց, որ հասնում է, ըստ ի, աբսուրդային ու դավաճանական մոտեցման: Վերջիններս սահամնում իրավիճակի լարումը անմիջականորեն կապեցին իշխանությունների հետ՝ ներքին հարցերից ժողովրդի ուշադրությունն իբրև թե շեղելու նպատակով:
Մեղադրելն այսօր ամենահեշտ բանն է, մանավանդ որ ազատ խոսքի այս պայմաններում չորս կողմում մեղադրողներ են: Եվ տարօրինակ զուգատիպությամբ նման մեղադրողներից շատերը ունեն հենց արևմտամետ կողմնորոշում, որովհետև նույն մեղադրողներից շատերը, օրինակ, հրադադարի խախտման համար չեն մեղադրում ԵԱՀԿ-ին, մի կառույցի, որը ստանձնել է ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորման, ինչպես նաև հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման առաքելությունը: Սակայն, փաստացի, այդ կառույցը չի կարողանում կատարել իր առաքելությունը, կամ էլ չի ուզում: Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կարող են հանդես գալ ուղեղ լվացող անհետաքրքիր հայտարարություններով՝ երկու կողմերին հանդարտության կոչեր անելով, առանց ադրբեջանակaն կողմին մեղադրելու: Բայց չէ՞ որ հրադադարի խախտողը միշտ Ադրբեջանն է:
Ես կարծում եմ` մեղադրողների բանակը հանուն օբյեկտիվության ավելի ճիշտ կանի՝ իր մեղադրյալների ցանկում ընդգրկի նաև վերոհիշյալ կառույցին, եթե, իհարկե, մեղադրողներից ոմանք չեն վախենում զրկվել արևմտյան որոշ դրամաշնորհներից: Վերջիվերջո, մենք պետք է հասկանանք, թե ինչ է տալիս մեզ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, կարո՞ղ ենք Արցախի հիմնախնդրի լուծումը կապել նրա հետ, թե՞ սա անիմաստ ժամանակի կորուստ է և կարիք կա այլ ելքեր փնտրելու: Եվ վերջապես, ինչի՞ համար է ԵԱՀԿ-ի երևանյան գրասենյակը: Եթե միայն տարածք զբաղեցնելու համար, ապա, կարծում եմ՝ այդ տարածքը շատ ավելի նպատակահարմար օգտագործելու տարբերակներ կլինեն:
