Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է. <<Ազգային ժողովի չորս ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց հարցազրույցներում խոստանում են ՙՙթեժ աշուն՚՚, սակայն երբ դիտարկում ենք տարբեր խնդիրների շուրջ նրանց դիրքորոշումները, տեսնում ենք դրանց էական տարբերություն:
Քառյակի 12 կետերը հիմնականում հասցեագրված են կառավարությանը:
Եթե ՀԱԿ-ն ու ՙՙժառանգությունը՚՚ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարությունն արդեն ձախողված են համարում, ապա ԲՀԿ-ն փորձում է շրջանցել այս թեման, որովհետև գործող վարչապետն իր պաշտոնը ստացել է առավելապես ԲՀԿ-ի գործոնի շնորհիվ. Սերժ Սարգսյանի շրջապատում հաշվարկել են, որ Արգամիչն իր ազդեցությունը կբանեցնի խնամու վրա՝ ՙՙթեժ գարուններն ու աշունները՚՚ կանխելու համար:
Իհարկե, Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ու Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի շրջապատներում կարող են մարդկայնորեն հասկանալ ԲՀԿ այս դիրքորոշումը ու փորձում են օրակարգ բերել ՙՙամբողջական իշխանափոխության՚՚ հարցը:
Սակայն այստեղ էլ խնդիր կա, որովհետև նույն ԲՀԿ-ի ու ՀՅԴ-ի ծրագրերում նման խնդիր չկա. այս երկու կուսակցություններն ոչ թե իշխանության, այլ ներիշխանական դասավորության փոփոխության խնդիր են դնում:
Եթե Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի առաջ Սերժ Սարգսյանը խնդիր է դրել՝ վերահսկելի պահել ԲՀԿ-ն, ապա այս կուսակցությունում էլ հույս ունեն՝ Աբրահամյանի միջոցով, մեծացնել իրենց ազդեցությունը գործող համակարգում: Ուժերի նման հարաբերակցության պայմաններում պետք չէ ակնկալել, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի թիմը կդնի նախագահի հրաժարականի պահանջ, որովհետև գործընթացի ձախողումը հղի է ամեն ինչ կորցնելու վտանգով:
ՀՅԴ-ն, եթե մտադիր լիներ հասնելու նախագահի պաշտոնանկությանը, իր ամենաազդեցիկ գործչին չէր գործուղի դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի:
Բացի այդ, դաշնակցականները սկզբունքորեն դեմ չեն սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին ու հենց այս գործընթացը կարող է դառնալ նրանց ու իշխանության նոր մեղրամիսի առիթ: Այնպես է ստացվել, որ այս պահին ՀՅԴ-ն յուրային չէ իշխանությունների ու օտար է Քառյակի համար:
Այսպիսին է օբյեկտիվ իրականությունը. ԲՀԿ-ն՝ իր առաջնորդի հեղինակության ու ռեսուրսների հաշվին, կարող է մարդկանց փողոց հանել, բայց կաշկանդված է խնամի վարչապետի գործոնով: Տեր-Պետրոսյանն ու Րաֆֆին իշխանությունում ազդեցիկ խնամիներ չունեն, բայց փող ու կողմնակիցներ նույնպես չունեն: ՀՅԴ-ն խճճվել է իր ՙՙհեղափոխականության՚՚ ու ՙՙկառուցողականության՚՚ խաչմերուկում>>:
