«Վերնիսաժի գործով» վկայի դատարանում տված ցուցմունքը հակասեց նախաքննության ժամանակ տրված ցուցմունքին

Այսօր Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, դատավոր Գագիկ Պողոսյանի նախագահությամբ, տեղի ունեցավ «Վերնիսաժի գործով» հերթական դատական նիստը, որի ընթացքում դատարանը լսեց գործով վկաներին: Վկա Վանիկ Պետրոսյանը պատմեց. «Այդ օրը ես ժամը ութին գնացել եմ «Վերնիսաժ» ու հանել, սեղանին եմ փռել իմ ատամնաբուժական ապրանքները, որ վաճառեմ: Ես այդ իրադարձությունների տարածքում եմ եղել, բայց թիկունքով էի կանգնած, այդ իսկ պատճառով աղմուկ լսել եմ, բայց ոչինչ չեմ տեսել: Սիգնալ եմ լսել, վիճաբանություն, կրակոց, թե ով ո՞ւմ է սիգնալ տվել, ով ո՞ւմ է կրակել` չեմ տեսել»: Գործով վկան նաեւ խոսքում նշեց, որ որեւէ մեքենա դեպքի վայրում չի տեսել: Նրա խոսքերով վիճաբանության ժամանակ մոտ յոթ կրակոց է հնչել: Կրակոցները բացի վերջին երեքից եղել են ընդհատումներով: Նա հաստատեց, որ «ախպեր, ավտոյի բազար ա՞ գնում» արտահայտություն եղել է: Գործով մեկ այլ վկա Արսեն Անդրեասյանն էլ իր խոսքում նշեց, որ կողմերից ոչ մեկին չի ճանաչում եւ նրանց հետ որեւէ կապ չունի: «Գործով տեղ էի գնում, երբ «Վերնիսաժի» հակառակ կողմնում վիճաբանություն լսեցի և նկատեցի, որ մեկը մյուսին հարվածեց, հետո նստեց մեքենան ու գնաց: Վիճաբանությանն ականատես եմ եղել 150 մետր հեռավորության վրա: Այդտեղ կային ավտոմեքենաներ՝ սեւ եւ սպիտակ: Չեմ տեսել, թե ով է սկսել վիճաբանությունը: Ես լսել եմ հինգ կրակոց, որից հետո տեսա երեք վիրավոր»: Պարզվում է, որ նախաքննության ժամանակ տրված ցուցմունքը եւ դատարանին հայտնած տվյալներն իրար հակասող են. վկան շփոթում էր, թե որ մեքենայի ղեկին ով է նստած եղել: Ըստ նախաքննական ցուցմունքի` վկան ավելի վաղ պատմել էր նաև, որ վիճաբանությանը ականատես է եղել 10-15 մետր հեռավորությունից: Դատական նիստը կրկին հետաձգվեց. հաջորդ նիստը կկայնա հունվարի 27-ին: Սոսե Չանդոյան
