Ինչպես արդեն նշել էի նախորդ հոդվածներիցս մեկում, այս տարի քաղաքական հանդերձյալ աշխարհից առաջինը լսվել էր շարքային ընդդիմադիր դարձած առաջին նախագահի ձայնը՝ ձայն անդրշիրիմյան աշխարհից: Տրամաբանական է, որ առաջինին պետք է հաջորդի երկրորդը, և կրկին շարքային ընդդիմադիր դարձած երկրորդ նախագահն իրեն երկար սպասեցնել չտվեց: Այս անգամ խոսքը Գյումրիի ողբերգական իրադարձությունների մասին էր: Այստեղ ես ուղղակի պետք է մեջբերեմ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խոսքից մի հատված. «Ակնհայտ էր, որ մարդկանց վրդովմունքը կարող է վերածվել զանգվածային գործողությունների՝ անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով: Դա կանխելու համար անհրաժեշտ էին իշխանությունների կայծակնային առաջանցիկ գործողությունները...»:Ի՞նչ կայծակնային առաջանցիկ գործողությունների մասին է խոսում «ընդդիմադիր գործիչը». միգուցե ժամանակին իր կողմից կիրառված մեթոդնե՞րն է ակնարկում: Օրինակ, կարող ենք հիշել, թե ինչպես 2001թ. Երևանի «Առագաստ» սրճարանում նախագահ Քոչարյանի թիկնապահները, «կայծակնային առաջանցիկ գործողություն» կիրառելով, կանխեցին Պողոս Պողոսյանի՝ «Պրիվետ, Ռոբ» արտահայտությամբ սկսված խոսքի շարունակությունը՝ պարզապես ծեծելով սպանելով վերջինիս: Բավարարվեմ ընդամենը մեկ դեպք հիշեցնելով, քանի որ Քոչարյանի օրոք տեղի ունեցած բոլոր միջադեպերը հիշեցնելու դեպքում նյութը շատ երկար կստացվի, իսկ ես սիրում եմ հակիրճ լինել:Եվս մի նկատառում. Քոչարյանն իր հարցազրույցում քննադատել է նաև Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանություններին և արդարադատության համակարգը: Ես չեմ ասում, թե մեր ներկայիս իշխանություններն ու արդարադատության համակարգը, մեղմ ասած, անթերի են և քննադատության տեղ չունեն: Իհարկե, ունեն, այն էլ՝ որքան: Պարզապես այլ հարց է, թե ով է քննադատողը: Եվ իմ կարծիքով՝ արդարադատության համակարգը քննադատողը գոնե չպետք է լինի այն գործիչը, ում նախագահության օրոք, օրինակ, սրճարանում մարդուն ծեծելով սպանած՝ «Կուկու» մականունով իր թիկնապահը սպանության համար դատապարտվել է ընդամենը մեկ տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ժամանակվա արդարադատության համակարգի մասին էլ այս մի դեպքով բավարարվեմ, հակառակ դեպքում վեպեր կարելի է գրել:Ժամանակին Քոչարյանը ԼՏՊ-ին մեղադրում էր նախկին նախագահից շարքային ընդդիմադիրի վերածվելու մեջ: Այնքան մեղադրեց, մինչև ինքն էլ արեց նույնը՝ դառնալով ԼՏՊ-ի արժանի հետևորդ: Հետևաբար, երկրորդ նախագահի ուղղությունն էլ, կարծում եմ, առաջին նախագահի ուղղությունից պետք է շատ չտարբերվի, այսինքն՝ եթե առաջինը տարին սկսել է՝ շեշտելով քաղաքականությունը վերջնականապես լքելու իր հրամայականը, ապա երկրորդը շեշտեց մեծ քաղաքականություն ընդհանրապես չվերադառնալու իր հրամայականը:Մարդիկ դեռ հիշում են: Իսկ ով էլ չի հիշում՝ հիշեցնողներ կան...Կարեն ՎարդանյանOrer.am, վերլուծաբան
