Սահմանային լարվածությանն է անդրադարձել ՍԴՀԿ ատենապետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը: Օrer.am-ի հետ զրույցում Նարեկ Գալստյանը նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը մշտապես սիրում է հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանը խայտառակ վիճակում է և որ իրենց ռազմական բյուջեն ավելին է, քան Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեն: Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի՝ հիմա Բաքուն փորձում է ռևանշի հասնել և բացատրել իր հասարակությանը, թե ինչո՞ւ է անվերջ պարտություններ կրում՝ ունենալով հսկայական ռեսուրսներ:
«Խնդիրը նաև այն է, որ Բաքվի համար մարդկային ուժը և մարդկային գործոնը բացառապես ոչ մի ազդեցություն չունի: Այն, որ նրանց հարձակումներին ի պատասխան կարող են զոհվել տասնյակ անգամ ավելի ադրբեջանցիներ, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության համար բան չի փոխում»,-համոզմունք է հայտնել ՍԴՀԿ ատենապետը:
Նարեկ Գալստյանը նշում է, որ ադրբեջանական հասարակությունը ապրում է փակ տեղեկատվական դաշտում և ադրբեջանական կողմի զոհերի մասին ինֆորմացիան միշտ չէ, որ հասնում է բնակչությանը: Պարոն Գալստյանը անհերքելի փաստ է համարում այն, որ մենք գտնվում ենք չհայտարարված պատերազմում:
Այս բոլոր խնդիրներում մեր զրուցակիցը կարևոր տեղ է հատկացնում նաև արտաքին գործոնին: Նրա պնդմամբ՝ աշխարհն այսօր ավելի շատ զբաղված է ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության հարցերով, Դոնբասում տեղի ունեցող դեպքերով և այլն:
«Եթե նկատում եք, երբ Ուկրաինայում գործողությունները սաստակնում են, Ադրբեջանը նույնպես սկսում է ակտիվանալ»,- շեշտում է Նարեկ Գալստյանը:
Հնչակյան կուսակցության ատենապետը անհասկանալի է համարում սահմանային միջադեպերի պարագայում մեր ԱԳՆ-ի լռությունը: Նարեկ Գալստյանը հիշեցնում է, որ պատերազմը ոչ միայն ռազմական, այլ նաև դիվանագիտական հաղթանակներով է պայմանավորված: Գալստյանը գտնում է, որ ԱԳՆ-ն պետք է ավելի սթափ լինի, իսկ նախարար Նալբանդյանը՝ ավելի կոշտ գործի:
«Երբ խոսքը գնում էր հայ-թուրքական խայտառակ արձանագրություններին՝ նախարարությունը դառնում էր շատ հետևողական և նախաձեռնող, իսկ հիմա նախարարի ձայնը չի լսվում: Մեր հասարակությունը իրավունք ունի իմանալու, թե երկրի գլխավոր դիվանագիտական կառույցը ինչով է զբաղվում, բացի միջազգային համաժողովներին մասնակցելը»,-եզրափակում է Նարեկ Գալստյանը:
