«Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» օրենքը կասեցնել պահանջող առեւտրականներին վրդովեցրել է ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արմեն Ալավերդյանի նախորդ օրվա հարցազրույցը, որում վերջինը նշել էր, որ շրջանառության փաստաթղթավորումը առեւտրականների օգտին է, եւ որ կառավարությունը չի պատրաստվում հետքայլ անել։
«Արմեն Ալավերդյանն ասաց, որ ընդամենը 500 հոգի են բողոքողները։ Էդ 500 հոգին, ի տարբերություն Արմենի, էնքան թասիբ ու դուխ ունեն, որ կարողանում են դուրս գալ փողոց, իրենց հարցերը բարձրացնեն։ Էդքան շատ մտածող տղա ես, արի 500 -ի դեմը կանգնի, ասա»,- այսօր՝ հունվարի 27-ին, կառավարության առջեւ բողոքի հերթական ակցիայի ժամանակ բարձրախոսով հայտարարեց ակցիայի մասնակիցներից Արտակ Խաչատրյանը։
Ակցիայի մասնակիցները նաեւ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին կոչ արեցին աշխատանքից ազատել Արմեն Ալավերդյանին, որը, նրանց խոսքով, իր պահվածքով արհամարհել եւ վիրավորել է իրենց։
Նշենք, որ արդեն մոտ երեք ժամ մի քանի հարյուր առեւտրականները չեն հեռանում կառավարության շենքի մոտից. նրանք սուլում են, վանկարկում են «կասեցում, եւ պահանջում հանդիպում վարչապետի հետ։
Առեւտրականները սպառնում են իրենց խնդիրը չլուծելու դեպքում փետրվարի 1-ից, երբ վիճահարույց օրենքն ուժի մեջ մտնի, դիմել ծայրահեղ միջոցների։
Ակցիային բացի մայրաքաղաքի տոնավաճառներից, մասնակցում են մոտակա մարզերի առեւտրականները։ Նրանք այժմ սպասում են նաեւ գյումրեցիների առեւտրականներին, որոնք իրենց տեղեկություններով, շուտով Երեւան կհասնեն։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, ըստ որի տոնավաճառների աշխատողները իրենց ապրանքաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր պետք է ներկայացնեն հարկային մարմնին։ Նոր փոփոխությամբ՝ առաջին անգամ փաստաթուղթ չներկայացնելու դեպքում ձեռնարկությունը նախազգուշացում է ստանում, երկրորդ անգամ՝ տուգանվում 20 հազար դրամի չափով, երրորդ անգամ՝ շրջանառության հարկի 5 տոկոսի չափով: Կառավարությունը նոր օրենքը հիմնավորում է խոշոր բիզնեսը հարկային դաշտ բերելու անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Տոնավաճառների աշխատողների բողոքներից հետո միայն հոկտեմբերի 6-ին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանձնարարել է մինչեւ 2015թ. փետրվարի 1-ը հետաձգել «Շրջանառության հարկի» մասին օրենքում առկա գույքագրման պահանջը:
