50 հազար դոլարը լավ փող է, մանավանդ, եթե խոսքը ամսական 50 հազարի մասին է: Եվ պարզ է, որ նման աշխատավարձով առաջարկ ստացողն անխոս կհամաձայնվի, բացի այն դեպքերից, երբ տվյալ մարդու ամսական եկամուտները զգալիորեն գերազանցում են այդ 50 հազարը: Այս դեպքում էլ մարդը կարող է համաձայնվել փոխել աշխատանքը, բայց արդեն ոչ հանուն 50 հազար դոլար աշխատավարձի, այլ ինչ-որ ուրիշ պատճառով:
Նախկին փոխվարչապետ, տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Արմեն Գևորգյանի դեպքում, կարծում եմ, որ խոսքը հենց ուրիշ պատճառի մասին է, քանի որ «քոչարյանական կադրը», որը դեռ երկրորդ նախագահի օրոք արդեն լավ հարստացել էր՝ շնորհիվ Քոչարյանի, մեկ այլ մտերիմի՝ Սամվել Մայրապետյանին կցվելու և նրա հետ համատեղ բիզնես ունենալու արդյունքում, դժվար թե 50 հազար դոլար աշխատավարձի հույսին մնացած լիներ: Հիշեցման կարգով ասեմ, որ Արմեն Գևորգյանը գործարար Սամվել Մայրապետյանի հետ միասին զբաղվում է էլիտար շենքերի շինարարությամբ և վաճառքով, ինչպես նաև հանդիսանում է «Հ2» հեռուստաընկերության համասեփականատերը:
Բանն այն է, որ օրերս լրատվամիջոցներում ինֆորմացիոն արտահոսք է եղել այն մասին, որ Արմեն Գևորգյանի՝ պաշտոնից հրաժարվելը և գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հիմնած «IdeA» հիմնադրամի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելը, իբրև թե, հանուն բարձր աշխատավարձի էր: Հասկանալի է, որ այսպիսի արտահոսքը չէր կարող լինել առանց Արմեն Գևորգյանի համաձայնության: Այստեղից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ արդեն նախկին պաշտոնյան պարզապես ուզում է թաքցնել իր` աշխատանքից ազատվելու կամ էլ իրեն աշխատանքից ազատելու բուն նպատակը՝ շեղելով մարդկանց ուշադրությունն այլ հանգամանքների վրա: Այնինչ նրա հեռանալն ավելի տրամաբանական եմ համարում կապել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի՝ վերջին շրջանում ակտիվանալու և իշխանությունների հետ առճակատման հետ:
Նախ, իշխանություններին ձեռնտու չէր շարունակել իրենց շարքերում պահել Քոչարյանի մտերիմին, որքան էլ որ վերջինս լավ կատարեր իր աշխատանքը, բացի այդ, «քոչարյանական խաղերը» խաղալու ժամանակն է մոտենում, չէ՞ որ 2018-ին այդքան էլ շատ չի մնացել, և նախագահն էլ արդեն պետք է սկսի իր թիմը վերակազմավորելու գործընթացը:
