Հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները երբեք էլ արտառոց չեն եղել իրենց բնույթով: Սակայն, միաժամանակ, ադրբեջանական արկածախնդրությունները ունեն, որքան էլ տարօրինակ հնչի, որոշակի օրինաչափություններ: Որպես կանոն, վերջիններս բաժանվում են, կարելի է ասել, երկու խմբի՝ հրահրված օրինաչափ արկածախնդրություններ և «օբյեկտիվ» արկածախնդրություններ: Վերջինը սովորաբար ամենահաճախ հանդիպող և միաժամանակ հարաբերականորեն անվնաս տարբերակն է: Այսպես ասած՝ «օբյեկտիվ» արկածախնդրությունների պատճառահետևանքային շղթան բավականին պարզունակ է:
Ակներև է, որ հայաստանյան ներքին անցուդարձերով, համապետական ընտրություններով, պետական տոներով պայմանավորված, ադրբեջանական կողմը ակտիվացնում է կրակոցները սահմանի վրա: Բոլորովին այլ է պատկերը, երբ ադրբեջանական գործողությունները իրականացնում են արտաքին ուժերը, և համարձակվում ենք ասել՝ «պուտինյան համակարգի» հրահրմամբ կամ համաձայնությամբ: Իհարկե, «դարավոր դաշնակցի» անձնվեր ջատագովները կատաղի պայքար են մղում նման «ոտնձգությունների» դեմ, սակայն իրականությունը դրանից չի փոխվում: Արցախյան պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում և հատկապես, այսպես կոչված, հրադադարի հաստատումից հետո, ռուսական կողմը մշտապես իր ձեռքին է ունեցել արցախյան խաղաքարտը, որը և հաճախ օգտագործել է հակամարտող կողմերից մեկի կամ մյուսի դեմ: Հեռուն չգնալով՝ ընդամենը հիշեցնենք անցյալ տարվա ամռանը հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի լարվածությունը, որը հանգեցրեց տասնյակ մարդկային զոհերի, և ավարտվեց օգոստոսին կայացած Պուտին-Ալիև-Սարգսյան եռակողմ հանդիպմամբ: Հասկանալի է, որ «պուտինյան շարժառիթները» չափազանց պարզունակ էին. ուկրաինական թնջուկից հետո հարկավոր էր փրկել «ժողովուրդների բարեկամության» մեծ բարեկամի կերպարը:
Մոտավորապես նույն սցենարով, սակայն այլ ակնարկներ է իր մեջ պարունակում վերջին օրերի հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում առկա լարվածությունը: Գյումրու սահմռկեցուցիչ եղեռնագործությանը հետևած իրադարձությունները, հակառուսական տրամադրությունների ակտիվացումը ակնհայտորեն անհանգստացրեցին ռուսական կողմին: Տևական լռությունից հետո ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ռուսական պաշտոնյաները սկսեցին հանդես գալ հանցագործությունը չքաղաքականացնելու մասին քաղաքական հայտարարություններով, որոնցից շատերն աչքի էին ընկնում իրենց վերացականությամբ, եթե չասենք՝ մանկական թոթովախոսությամբ: Այս պայմաններում հերթական անգամ հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում կրկին ակտիվացան կրակոցներն ու դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձերը:
Իհարկե, մի կողմից այնքան էլ նպատակահարմար չէ կատարվող անցուդարձերում շեշտել ռուսական ձեռագիրը, սակայն մյուս կողմից հարկ է նշել, որ նման պատահական համընկնումները երբեք պատահական չեն լինում: Ինչ վերաբերում է նպատակին, ապա ամեն ինչ առավել քան պարզունակ է՝ Արցախի և արցախյան հիմնախնդրի ու պատերազմի վտանգի հերթական շահարկումը ցույց տալու համար, որ առանց «դարավոր դաշնակցի» ու նրա մշտական ներկայության՝ ի դեմս 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի, Հայաստանը մշտապես վտանգի մեջ է: Հենց այսպիսի կեղտոտ ձեռագիրն էլ վերածվել է պուտինյան համակարգի՝ «դաշնակից» երկրների հանդեպ իրականցվող քաղաքականության կրեդոյի: Ինչ վերաբերում է պուտինյան Ռուսաստանի՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավոր լինելուն ուղղված ներբողներին, ապա պետք է փաստենք, որ այդ հայտարարությունները մինչև օրս պոպուլիստական լոլոներից այն կողմ չեն անցել:
